The push-pull transmission structure of a direct-acting three-position switch as set forth in claim 2, wherein the transmission shaft (25) comprises a driving shaft (251) and a driven shaft (252), two ends of the driving shaft (251) are respectively sleeved into bearings in a driving shaft bearing seat (231), and two ends of the driven shaft (252) are respectively sleeved into bearings in a driven shaft bearing seat (232).
