Description

Lavage catheter Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of interventional medical instruments, in particular to an lavage catheter. Background Bronchoalveolar lavage is a method of injecting physiological saline into bronchoalveoli using bronchoscope and then sucking out, collecting effective fluid on the alveolar surface, and examining its cellular components and soluble substances. Clinically, the kit is used for diagnosing various lung diseases, such as clinical diagnosis of alveolitis, pulmonary fibrosis, asbestos lung, lung cancer, pulmonary alveolar protein deposition and the like, differential diagnosis, researching etiology and pathogenesis of the lung diseases, evaluating curative effect and the like. The current lavage catheter generally conveys lavage catheter instruments into a target bronchus through a bronchoscope so as to realize the injection of normal saline into the target bronchus through the injection port, after lavage, the lavage catheter is switched to a suction state, and negative pressure equipment is opened to complete suction, so that primary lavage and suction can be completed. Because bronchoscope size is limited, can't stretch into more secondary bronchus, can only have lavage pipe to stretch into towards the sublevel after stretching out from bronchoscope, and the bronchus sublevel is narrower, when lavage pipe is in negative pressure suction state, lead to the bronchus wall to laminate the opening that is used for the drawing liquid of pipe body distal end under the negative pressure effect easily to lead to unable suction out the lavage liquid in the bronchus, make the rate of recovery of lavage liquid not high, probably lead to lavage liquid retention to arouse complications such as hypoxia, fever in the trachea. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to solve the technical problem that in the prior art, the suction difficulty is caused by the fact that the bronchial wall is easily attached to the opening for drawing liquid at the far end of the catheter body under the action of negative pressure in the negative pressure suction state.
