The method adopts the aluminum silicate inorganic fiber cotton as the carrier, and the carrier has proper pores, can well disperse the solid alkali metal hydroxide, can achieve good hardening prevention effect by mixing with the hardening prevention agent, and has the advantage of small occupied space of a pure dry absorption method. The products are mainly inorganic carbonates, are inorganic matters, and meet the requirements of nuclear power harmless treatment.
