Description
Mouse device and assembling and adjusting method thereof Technical Field The present invention relates to a mouse device and an assembling and calibrating method thereof, and more particularly, to a mouse device capable of controlling a computer cursor or other operation functions, and an assembling and calibrating method thereof. Background The operating hand (operating feeling) of the mouse depends on the distance from the touch of the button to the trigger point of the microswitch, i.e. the stroke distance of the press. In the existing mouse, a switch module is provided with a circuit board and an inductive switch (or a micro switch) welded on the circuit board. However, since the circuit board is locked on the lower housing of the mouse, the distance from the touch portion of the key to the trigger point of the micro switch is not consistent with the originally designed distance, and thus a better consistent operation feel cannot be achieved due to various tolerances, such as assembly tolerances, molding tolerances of the lower housing, welding tolerances of the micro switch, and plate thickness tolerances of the circuit board. To solve the above problems, the applicant has filed a patent publication No. TW201839560 "Mouse device" to taiwan, and refer to US patent publication No. US10216291B1"Mouse device". The improvement is that the switch module is hung on the inner side of the upper shell, the circuit board of the switch module is locked on the hanging column of the upper shell through the adjusting screw piece, and the micro switch is aligned to the touch part of the key. The tolerance is eliminated by fine tuning the adjustment screw. Such designs have been able to eliminate a number of tolerances. However, other components, such as optical components, etc., are still disposed on the circuit board, and other errors may be caused by additionally moving the other components when adjusting the position of the circuit board. In addition, the hanging mode has high rigidity. In addition, taiwan patent publication No. M588279U discloses a mouse and a button adjusting mechanism thereof. The circuit board comprises a fixed end and a free end opposite to the fixed end, and the fixed end is fixed on the shell. The micro switch is arranged on the circuit board and is positioned between the fixed end and the free end. The key is arranged at the first opening and is aligned with the micro switch. The height adjusting device is arranged in the shell and protrudes out of the second opening. The height adjusting device is used for driving the free end to move up and down. The adjusting structure needs to be provided with an opening in the bottom shell, which is not attractive and labor-consuming. The adjustment process moves the free ends of the entire circuit board and may cause errors in other components. Taiwan patent publication No. M450771 discloses a mouse device capable of adjusting elastic restoring force of a key, which provides an adjusting column body that is pushed up to an upper shell from a bottom shell, so that a distance from a trigger part of the key to a micro switch can be adjusted. This approach still requires an opening in the bottom shell. Therefore, how to improve the assembly and adjustment process of the mouse device by improving the structural design to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks has become an important issue to be solved in the technical field.
