Abstract
The invention discloses a mould opening control system for a foaming mould frame without stopping movement, which comprises a mould opening action mechanism, a mould opening maintaining mechanism and a mould frame handle mechanism. The mold opening action mechanism is used for opening the upper mold mechanism of the foaming mold frame moving on the transmission line to a complete mold opening state and comprises a gripper mechanism which can rotate or swing around a hinge shaft of the upper mold mechanism of the foaming mold frame on the transmission line. The grabbing mechanism comprises two clamping arms which are long strips, are horizontally arranged and are parallel to the transmission direction of the foaming mould frame on the transmission line. The mold opening maintaining mechanism is used for continuously maintaining the foaming mold frame which is opened to the complete mold opening state in the complete mold opening state when the transmission line moves, and comprises two clamping beams which can be connected with the two clamping arms and are parallel to the transmission line. The die carrier handle mechanism comprises a die opening handle which is arranged on the foaming die carrier upper die mechanism and can be clamped between the two clamping arms and between the two clamping beams. The invention can execute the mould opening action and maintain seamless connection, and has small occupied area, low cost and low control complexity.
