Description
Degradable antistatic non-woven fabric and preparation method thereof Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of non-woven fabrics, in particular to a degradable antistatic non-woven fabric and a preparation method thereof. Background Nonwoven fabrics, also known as nonwovens, are composed of oriented or random fibers. It is called a cloth because of its appearance and certain properties. The non-woven fabric has the characteristics of moisture resistance, ventilation, flexibility, light weight, no combustion supporting, easy decomposition, no toxicity and irritation, rich color, low price, recycling, and the like. In the use of nonwoven fabrics, the nonwoven fabrics themselves are not antistatic, and in some use environments, the nonwoven fabrics with static electricity affect the use safety. In order to enable the non-woven fabric to have antistatic capability, in the prior art, antistatic coating treatment is usually carried out on the non-woven fabric, such as dipping, spraying, ultrasonic and other physical methods are adopted to coat the antistatic agent on the non-woven fabric, however, the binding force between the common antistatic agent and non-woven fabric fibers is smaller, the antistatic agent is easy to precipitate on the surface of the non-woven fabric or volatilize, so that the non-woven fabric lacks lasting antistatic capability, if the antistatic agent is precipitated on the surface of the non-woven fabric, the surface of a wiped object is easy to damage during wiping, or the antistatic agent is left on the surface of the wiped object, so that the surface of the wiped object is polluted, and if the residual amount of the antistatic agent is too much, the performance of the wiped object is influenced, so that the non-woven fabric has certain limitation in application due to the use of the antistatic agent, meanwhile, the antibacterial performance of the conventional non-woven fabric is not very good, the invasion of microorganisms is not effectively prevented, the easy to mould and the odor is short in service life. Disclosure of Invention Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a degradable antistatic non-woven fabric and a preparation method thereof, and aims to solve the problems that the non-woven fabric in the prior art lacks lasting antistatic capability, is poor in antistatic effect, cannot effectively resist bacteria and is short in service life. According to the technical scheme, the degradable antistatic non-woven fabric comprises a first non-woven fabric base layer, an adhesive layer, an antibacterial layer and a second non-woven fabric base layer which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, wherein the first non-woven fabric base layer and the second non-woven fabric base layer are respectively provided with an anti-oxygen and moisture-absorbing coating, and the anti-oxygen and moisture-absorbing coating comprises, by weight, 35-50 parts of polybutylene adipate, 30-40 parts of diethyl ether, 5-8 parts of phosphatidylethanolamine, 2-4 parts of polyvinyl acetate, 6-10 parts of polypropylene fumarate and 1-3 parts of carboxymethyl cellulose.
