- 1. A miniature glue spreader is characterized by comprising a bottom plate which is horizontally arranged, wherein a partition plate is arranged in the middle of the bottom plate in the width direction of the bottom plate, limiting blocks are respectively arranged on two sides of the partition plate in the length direction, a first interval which is matched with the width of a material belt is arranged between the limiting blocks and the partition plate, the limiting blocks can be close to or far away from the partition plate to be adjusted by the first interval, a glue outlet structure which is overlapped with the limiting blocks is arranged between the limiting blocks and the partition plate, a second interval which is matched with the thickness of the material belt is arranged between the glue outlet structure and the bottom plate, a certain amount of glue feeders are connected to the tops of the two glue outlet structures through the same split structure, glue spreading scrapers are arranged on the outlet side of the material belt and are respectively provided with a glue spreading cutter head on two sides of the partition plate, a third interval which is used for limiting the thickness of the glue scraping is arranged between the glue spreading cutter head and the bottom plate, and the top of the partition plate is provided with a height detection structure which is in contact with the glue spreading scraper.

A micro glue spreader according to claim 3, further comprising a protection plate, wherein the protection plate is connected to the split block at the inlet side of the material strip, and two relief grooves corresponding to the first interval are provided in the bottom length direction of the protection plate.
- 6. A micro-spreading machine according to claim 1, wherein the spreading blade is designed as a whole as an inverted U-shaped structure.
- 7. A micro-coater according to claim 1, wherein the lower sides of the width direction of the coater bit are respectively provided with an inclined surface and an R angle, and the inclined surface and the R angle form a sharp angle surface at the bottom of the coater bit.

The micro glue spreader of claim 1, wherein the height detection structure comprises a truss and a digital micrometer, the truss is fixed to the bottom plate and has a beam corresponding to the glue spreading blade, and the digital micrometer is adjustably fixed to the beam of the truss and has a detection head passing through the beam to contact the glue spreading blade.
