Description
Display panel and display device Technical Field The present invention relates to the field of display devices, and in particular, to a display panel and a display device. Background With the high demands of users, display products are also continually being designed towards limits, and narrow borders have been of interest to customers for excellent user experience. In terms of design, the implementation manner of the narrow frame mainly comprises line width/line interval reduction, wiring/IJP transfer hole distance compression and the like. As shown in fig. 1, in the related art, an edge of a display Panel (Panel) is generally designed with a Crack Dam B (Crack Dam) for preventing cracks (Crack) generated at the edge of the display Panel from extending to an AA area (i.e., display area) to affect a normal display function of the display Panel, and the Crack Dam B is designed to surround on/left/right boundaries of the Panel. As shown in fig. 2, the conventional anti-cracking dam B generally uses an etching (Etch) process to form a trench in the inorganic layers at the edge and fills the trench with the material of the planarization layer 200 (Planarization layer, PLN) to form the anti-cracking dam 210, so as to achieve the effect of preventing cracks from extending with the film layer. However, the blocking effect on cracks by the scheme of forming the anti-cracking dams by grooving and filling in the inorganic layer is still limited, so that in order to ensure the anti-cracking effect, a certain number of anti-cracking dams need to be formed in design, and the multi-layer anti-cracking dams are stacked at the edge of the display panel, so that the width of the area where the anti-cracking dam B is located is seriously increased, and the difficulty of realizing a narrow frame is greatly improved. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to provide a display panel, which has stronger blocking effect on edge cracks by the anti-cracking dams and can reduce the number of the required anti-cracking dams and reduce the product frame of a display device. In order to achieve the above object, as a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a display panel including a substrate, a plurality of functional layers formed on the substrate, and a planarization layer formed over the plurality of functional layers, at least one reinforcing groove penetrating each other in a thickness direction being formed in a predetermined number of the functional layers under the planarization layer, each of the reinforcing grooves extending around a display area of the display panel, a material of the planarization layer filling in the plurality of reinforcing grooves and forming a plurality of Crack dams (Crack Dam) extending around the display area of the display panel, a plurality of metal reinforcing bars extending in an extending direction of the Crack dams being formed in at least one of the predetermined number of the functional layers under the planarization layer, and the metal reinforcing bars being provided on both sides of each of the Crack dams. As an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the plurality of metal reinforcing bars includes a plurality of first reinforcing bars and a plurality of second reinforcing bars respectively formed in adjacent film layers and insulated from each other.
