Description

Wheel-mounted brake disc, brake device and vehicle Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of rail transit braking, in particular to a wheel-mounted brake disc, a brake device and a vehicle, which are applicable to a high-speed railway motor train unit and a city rail transit vehicle braking system. Background In the conventional vehicle, about half of the vehicles (high-speed train, locomotive, urban rail vehicle, etc.) are braked by using a wheel-mounted brake disc, and as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the conventional wheel-mounted brake disc comprises at least two annular disc bodies 20, a plurality of through holes 1001 are formed in the wheel 10 at intervals along the circumferential direction thereof, bolts 30 are respectively arranged in the plurality of through holes 1001, both ends of the bolts 30 are respectively positioned at both sides of the through holes 1001, the two disc bodies 20 are respectively arranged at both sides of the wheel 10, and bolt sleeves 40 and nuts 50 are respectively arranged at both ends of the bolts 30, so that the two disc bodies 20 are respectively pressed and fixed with the wheel 10, and braking friction byproducts are formed at both sides of the wheel 10. When the vehicle is running, the friction member clamps the disc 20, and the generated friction force is used for decelerating or braking the vehicle, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the end face of the disc 20, which is close to the wheel 10, is a heat radiating surface 2001, the end face, which is far away from the wheel 10, is a braking surface 2002, in order to ensure good heat radiating and braking capabilities, a heat radiating structure (such as a plurality of grooves or strip-shaped protrusions) is generally arranged on the heat radiating surface 2001, and the area of the heat radiating surface 2001 is smaller than that of the braking surface 2002. Since the braking device is an energy conversion medium for stopping or regulating the speed of the vehicle, it plays a critical role in safely stopping the vehicle. Because the wheel-mounted brake disc absorbs friction heat during operation (i.e., during running of the vehicle) and forms a certain temperature gradient in the radial direction of the wheel 10, thermal stresses of different intensities are generated in the radial direction of the wheel 10, so that the disc body 20 deforms as shown in fig. 3, namely, the area, close to the annular outer edge, of the disc body 20 deviates away from the wheel 10, and the area, close to the annular inner edge, of the disc body 20 is tightly attached to the wheel 10. The deformation of the tray 20 brings about the following hidden troubles: 1. the axial stress of the bolt 30 is increased, so that the fatigue and damage of the bolt 30 are easily caused in the use process, the braking capability of a vehicle is influenced, and certain potential safety hazards exist; 2. Because the tray 20 is deformed, the detached tray 20 cannot be reused after the wheel 10 is worn out to a limited extent, the proportion of the tray 20 reused is reduced, and the equipment cost is increased. Aiming at the problem that the wheel-mounted brake disc is easy to deform in the use process in the related technology, no effective solution is provided at present. Accordingly, the present inventors have developed a wheel-mounted brake disc, brake device and vehicle to overcome the drawbacks of the prior art by years of experience and practice in the relevant industry. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to provide a wheel-mounted brake disc, a brake device and a vehicle, which effectively reduce the deformation of a disc body of the brake disc in the use process, prolong the service life of the brake disc and the repeated utilization rate of the disc body, and ensure the braking safety of the vehicle. The object of the invention can be achieved by the following scheme: the present invention provides a wheel-mounted brake disc for braking a wheel 1, the wheel-mounted brake disc comprising: At least two annular brake disc bodies, wherein the two brake disc bodies are respectively arranged at two sides of the wheel along the circumferential direction of the wheel; The brake disc body is provided with at least an annular contact surface and an annular brake surface opposite to the contact surface, the area of the contact surface is larger than that of the brake surface, the contact surface is used for being attached to the side surface of the wheel in the assembly state of the brake disc body and the wheel, and the brake surface is used for being contacted with a friction piece to generate friction force when the vehicle brakes so as to brake the wheel. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the brake disc body includes a contact portion, a braking portion, and a heat dissipation portion, wherein the contact portion and the braking portion are both in an annular plate structure, the heat dissipation portion is connected betwee
