Description

Woven fabric and sliding material Technical Field The present invention relates to woven fabrics and sliding materials. Background Conventionally, a technique has been developed in which a fluororesin is fibrillated to form woven and knitted fabrics or nonwoven fabrics by using a low friction coefficient of the fluororesin, and the woven and nonwoven fabrics are sandwiched between sliding members to impart low friction to the members. When the thickness of the sliding fabric is greatly reduced due to abrasion, the gap around the member involved in sliding is changed, and the system is swayed. Therefore, in addition to low friction and sliding durability, a sliding fabric is required to have a large thickness reduction due to abrasion not occurring even under severe sliding conditions. Further, since the fluororesin generally lacks adhesiveness, when the sliding material is attached to the base material to impart slidability, it is important to secure adhesiveness in addition to low friction and sliding durability of the sliding material alone. As a technique for imparting low friction to a sliding fabric, for example, patent document 1 discloses a self-lubricating woven fabric comprising a composite yarn made of a fluororesin fiber and another fiber, wherein the surface area of the other fiber on one side of the woven fabric is 0 to 30% in terms of the ratio of the surface area of the composite yarn as a whole. As a technique for suppressing rattling between members when used as a sliding material, for example, patent document 2 discloses a fabric in which fluororesin fibers and other fibers are alternately arranged, and the compression amount of the fabric is 25 μm or less. Prior art literature Patent literature Patent document 1 International publication No. 2017/020821 Patent document 2 International publication No. 2018/074207 Disclosure of Invention Problems to be solved by the invention However, in the woven fabric described in patent document 1, the proportion of the fluororesin fiber in the composite yarn is high, and when the composite yarn is exposed to high-speed sliding under a high load, the discharge of abrasion powder of the fluororesin yarn cannot be sufficiently suppressed, and there is room for improvement in suppressing the reduction in thickness due to abrasion. Further, when a fiber having a low heat shrinkage such as a para-aramid fiber is selected as another yarn as a result of a high proportion of the fluororesin fiber, there is a problem that the heat shrinkage difference with the fluororesin fiber causes a large roughness after heat treatment, and the adhesiveness and the sliding property are lowered. The woven fabric described in patent document 2 can suppress the wobbling between the members because of a small compression amount in the thickness direction at the time of loading, but there is room for improvement in terms of reduction in thickness after sliding under high-load and high-speed sliding. Further, although the above patent documents have been studied about slidability, there is no disclosure about specific influence on the slidability, and when a fiber having a low heat shrinkage such as a para-aramid fiber is selected as another yarn for the purpose of improving durability, the heat shrinkage difference with a fluororesin fiber causes the uneven shape after heat treatment to become large, and there is a case where the slidability is lowered, and there is room for further study in the development of a sliding material having both slidability and slidability. Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a woven fabric which has low friction, sliding durability, and adhesion, and which suppresses thickness reduction due to abrasion even under high-load and high-speed sliding conditions. The object is to provide a woven fabric which is excellent in sliding properties, can exhibit a function as a sliding material for a long period of time, can suppress wobbling between members, and can be used by adhesion to a base material by using the woven fabric of the present invention as a sliding material. Means for solving the problems In order to solve the above problems, the present invention has the following configuration. A woven fabric comprising a twisted yarn of a fluororesin fiber and a para-aramid fiber in at least one of warp and weft, wherein the height of irregularities on at least one surface of the twisted yarn is 1150 [ mu ] m or less. The woven fabric is a multiple woven fabric including a1 st surface as an outermost surface and a 2 nd surface as an outermost surface opposite to the 1 st surface, and at least one of warp yarns and weft yarns of the 1 st surface includes the co-twisted yarn. The woven fabric, wherein a ratio (CF 1/CF 2) of the cover factor (CF 1) of the 1 st surface to the cover factor (CF 2) of
