Abstract
The invention discloses an application of black corn polysaccharide in preparing a medicament for preventing or treating senile osteoporosis. The evaluation of the prevention or treatment effect of the black corn polysaccharide on senile osteoporosis comprises the improvement effect on serum bone metabolic markers, bone microstructures and bone biomechanics. The black corn polysaccharide of the invention is polysaccharide powder obtained by extracting dry black corn grains with water, precipitating with ethanol, deproteinizing by Sevag method, depigmenting by H 2 O 2 method, and dialyzing by dialysis bag. The black corn polysaccharide has an improvement effect on unbalance of serum bone metabolic markers of senile osteoporosis, deterioration of bone microstructure and reduction of bone strength. The result shows that the black corn polysaccharide has a great improvement effect on bone loss in the aspect of preventing senile osteoporosis. Therefore, the black corn polysaccharide has important significance in developing senile osteoporosis clinically.

Description
Application of black corn polysaccharide in preparation of medicine for preventing or treating senile osteoporosis Technical Field The invention relates to application of black corn polysaccharide in preparing a medicament for preventing or treating senile osteoporosis. Background Osteoporosis is one of the most common bone diseases, and is a systemic bone disease characterized by low bone mass, damaged bone tissue structure, increased bone fragility, and susceptibility to fracture. Senile osteoporosis is primary osteoporosis, is common in the elderly over 70 years old, and is a low-conversion type osteoporosis with significantly reduced osteogenesis rate due to aging. The most used drugs for clinically treating osteoporosis at present are estrogen, calcium agent, active vitamin D, calcitonin, fluoride and the like, and the drugs have certain curative effect, but have large side effect and high price. Therefore, many scholars turn the research focus to natural products with the characteristics of safety and effectiveness and obtain a certain effect, wherein the research report of plant polysaccharide extracts on senile osteoporosis is also increasing. Black corn (Zeamays l.) is also known as Black waxy corn, purple corn, a monocotyledonous class of the phylum angiosperma, a plant of the genus zea of the order gramineae. The black corn has rich nutrition, and contains protein, amino acid, fat and selenium higher than yellow corn, and contains a large amount of functional melanin and microelements Zn, fe, ca, P necessary for human body. The black corn also contains rich polysaccharide substances, and researches show that the polysaccharide is a substance with biological activity, can activate immune cells, improve the immune function of organisms, has antiviral and anti-aging effects, has great potential in the health food market, and has less research reports on senile osteoporosis. Therefore, the invention uses the black corn polysaccharide to research the aspects of bone metabolic markers, bone morphology, bone strength and the like of senile osteoporosis, and initially determines the potential of using the black corn polysaccharide to develop products for preventing senile osteoporosis. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing application of black corn polysaccharide in preparing medicaments for preventing or treating senile osteoporosis. The evaluation of the preventive or therapeutic effect of the black corn polysaccharide on senile osteoporosis is actually an improvement effect on serum bone metabolic markers, bone microstructures and bone biomechanics. The black corn polysaccharide of the invention is polysaccharide powder obtained by extracting dry black corn grains with water, precipitating with ethanol, deproteinizing by Sevag method, depigmenting by H 2O2 method, and dialyzing by dialysis bag. The black corn polysaccharide has the effects of improving unbalance of serum bone metabolic markers, deterioration of bone microstructure and reduction of bone strength of senile osteoporosis. The result of the invention shows that the black corn polysaccharide has great improvement effect on bone loss in the aspect of preventing senile osteoporosis. Therefore, the black corn polysaccharide has important significance for developing senile osteoporosis clinically.
