Abstract

1. A portable container for collecting disposable cups of saliva, sputum and small waste comprising a rigid container housing with a disposable vessel inserted therein in the form of a cup, an upper lid and a lower lid, characterized in that the portable container has a flip top with a seal, the upper lid has a funnel-shaped opening and the interior of the container housing is conical along the entire length, wherein the diameter of the lower interior of the container housing is smaller than the diameter of the upper interior in order to allow insertion of disposable cups of different diameters into the container housing, wherein the bottom of the lower portion of the container housing comprises a recess and a hole with a conical shape, the diameter of the hole being smaller than the diameter of the bottom of the disposable cup, and the lower lid tightly closes the hole in the bottom of the container housing.

3. A portable container for a disposable cup for collecting saliva, sputum and small pieces waste as recited in claim 1, wherein the portable container has an expanded resilient rim.
