Abstract

The present invention relates to a portable device for collecting small pieces of waste. A disposable vessel, such as a cup, may be inserted and secured in the container using a portable container. The container is comprised of a rigid housing having upper and lower flaps with seals. The upper lid also has a funnel-shaped opening and the interior of the container housing has a conical shape, the diameter of the lower interior of the container housing being smaller than the diameter of the upper interior and also smaller than the diameter of the base of the disposable cup. The bottom of the lower portion of the container housing has a hole, and the lower cover tightly closes the hole of the bottom of the container housing. The device can collect small pieces of waste in a sealable, closeable, replaceable disposable vessel while preventing deformation and damage thereto.

Description

Portable container for disposable cup Background The present invention aims to solve the problem that small pieces of waste such as chewing gum, candy, seed husks etc. need to be spit out or discarded when people take a car, take a bus, take a train, or are confined to a wheelchair, hospital bed or the like. A sanitary cup is known which uses a sealing cover and a rotatable partition, wherein an electrically heated screw is located below its bottom for drying and burning sputum (patent SU 47054, category 30f,10, published on day 19, 10 in 1935). The disadvantage of such analogues is the use of electricity, which complicates the design and causes inconvenience in use. The closest analogue of the invention is a container for sputum collection comprising a container (container) in which a disposable cardboard part is inserted, wherein the container for inserting the cardboard part has no bottom and is provided at its lower part with a recess for a rim on which a lid is hinged, the lid being closed by a lever (patent SU 12958, category 30g,14, published 31 in 1930, 1 month). The disadvantage of this analogue is that the neck of the container is very narrow, which is inconvenient for spitting. Furthermore, the disposable spittoon (spittoon) of cardboard inserted into the permanent container may have only one size, which creates complexity and inconvenience in use. The spittoon is a pocket spittoon, the volume of which is limited due to the size of the permanent container and the size of the cardboard spittoon. Disclosure of Invention The object of the present invention is to provide a small portable container with a rigid outer shell with a sealed closure lid in which a replaceable disposable vessel (vessel) in the form of a cup is placed, which container is to be protected from deformation and damage. After saliva, sputum and waste enter the disposable cup, the container will prevent the contents of the cup from flowing out and falling. The technical result of the invention according to the claims is a portable container for disposable cups for collecting saliva, sputum and waste, said container having a rigid outer shell with a sealed closing lid, the interior of said container outer shell having a conical shape and receiving replaceable disposable vessels in the form of cups of different sizes, said replaceable containers being to be protected from deformation and damage. This is achieved by the fact that the interior of the container housing has a conical shape, the upper part being wider than the lower part. Due to this design, the larger disposable cup is tightly secured to the upper portion of the container housing, and the cup having the smaller diameter dimension is correspondingly tightly secured to the narrowed portion of the container housing, wherein the tapered diameter of the interior of the container housing is slightly smaller than the upper portion of the disposable cup. In order to make the portable container as much as possible for the most types of disposable cup sizes while minimizing the height of the container housing, a recess having a conical shape is provided at the lowermost part of the container, the narrow part of the recess being directed towards the bottom of the container housing. Thus, the bottom of the small disposable cup is fixed to the conical lower portion of the container housing, and the disposable cup is precisely positioned in the center of the interior of the container housing. A portable container for a disposable cup for collecting saliva, sputum and small waste comprises a rigid housing (1) with a disposable vessel in the form of a cup (2) inserted therein, a lower lid (3), an upper lid (4) and a flip-top lid (5). The upper cover has a funnel-shaped opening (7) and a gasket (8). The flip has a seal (9). The upper cover has holes for the straps (10). At the bottom of the container housing (1) a hole is provided so that the disposable cup can be pushed out of the container with a finger of a hand when it is replaced after use. The hole in the lower part of the container housing is tightly closed with a lower cover (3). The flip cover may also be provided with a spring (6). A bracket with a magnet (11) may be fixed to the side of the container housing. The portable container of the disposable cup for collecting saliva, sputum and waste may additionally be provided with an expanded elastic rim (12) (see fig. 7) which is inserted into the housing (1) under the small diameter disposable cup (2). Due to its expansion capacity, the expansion edge is tightly fixed at the desired height within the container housing. Thus, in said position, the inner diameter of the container shell is reduced by the thickness of the enlarged rim diameter, thereby securing the smaller diameter disposable cup in the upper part of the container shell, which will be as close as possible to the funnel-shaped opening (7).
