- 1. A stretching roller for preparing a biaxially oriented film comprises a roller body and is characterized in that the roller body is of a hollow cylindrical structure with a certain radian on the outer surface and a circular arc structure with high centers and low centers, two-stage spiral protrusions for increasing friction force are formed on the outer surface of the roller body, detachable rotating shafts are respectively arranged at the center positions of the left end and the right end of the roller body, the left rotating shaft is a solid shaft, the right rotating shaft is a hollow rotating shaft, electric heating wires and temperature sensors for controlling temperature are arranged in the roller body, first-stage spiral protrusions in the two-stage spiral protrusions are symmetrically distributed on the middle longitudinal section of the roller body, the rotating directions are opposite, the protrusions are circular arcs, the radius is larger, a plurality of second-stage spiral protrusions are distributed on the surface of each first-stage protrusion, the rotating directions are the same as those of the first-stage spiral protrusions, the protrusions are circular arcs, and the radius is smaller.
