The super-hydrophobic self-cleaning coating comprises urushiol, amino silicone oil and a mixed solvent. The invention utilizes the chemical reaction of groups between urushiol and aminosilane to realize the chemical modification of the aminosilane on the urushiol, further uses ethanol and water as a mixed solvent, utilizes the compatibility difference of the urushiol and the aminosilicone in the ethanol and the water, can assemble a microstructure in the process of drying and volatilizing the solvent in the application process, has a unique path, avoids the limitation of the traditional method for constructing the microstructure by adopting nano particles, and further utilizes the hydrophobic long chain of the urushiol and the hydrophobic silica chain segment of the aminosilicone, thereby endowing the material with excellent low surface energy characteristic.

- 1. A super-hydrophobic self-cleaning coating is characterized by comprising the components of urushiol, amino silicone oil and a mixed solvent, wherein the mass ratio of the urushiol to the amino silicone oil is (5-30): (1-10), the mixed solvent is ethanol and water, the mass ratio of the ethanol to the water is 100:10-100:30, the mass ratio of the ethanol to the urushiol is 100:5-100:30, the viscosity of the amino silicone oil is 500-15000 mPa.s, and the ammonia value of the amino silicone oil is 0.2-0.8 mmol/g.

A method for preparing the super-hydrophobic self-cleaning paint as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the steps of adding urushiol into a mixed solvent of ethanol and water to obtain urushiol solution, adding amino silicone oil, and uniformly stirring to obtain the super-hydrophobic self-cleaning paint.
- 3. Use of the hydrophobic self-cleaning coating of claim 1 for the hydrophobic modification of surfaces.
- 4.A coating based on the hydrophobic self-cleaning coating according to claim 1, characterized in that the super-hydrophobic self-cleaning coating is obtained by applying the hydrophobic self-cleaning coating according to claim 1 to a substrate surface and drying.
- 5. The coating according to claim 4, wherein the drying is carried out at 25-80 ℃ for a period of 5-48 hours.

Background Many super-hydrophobic biological phenomena exist in nature, and the most representative is 'lotus leaf effect'. The lotus leaf surface has strong hydrophobicity, the static contact angle is larger than 150 degrees, the adhesion force of the lotus leaf surface to water drops is small, the water drops can roll off the lotus leaf surface easily, meanwhile, dust on the lotus leaf surface can be taken away, the self-cleaning purpose is realized, and the phenomenon is called a lotus leaf effect. In recent years, super-hydrophobic surfaces have attracted extensive attention from domestic and foreign scientific rewards and engineers due to their special wettability and self-cleaning effect. Through microscopic analysis of the superhydrophobic surfaces, the formation of the superhydrophobic surfaces is found to be independent of two key factors, namely a micro-nano composite structure with higher surface roughness and a material with low surface energy. Based on the angle of bionics and the related theoretical basis of the superhydrophobic state, various superhydrophobic materials are prepared and good application effects are obtained. However, there are many problems in practical application of the superhydrophobic self-cleaning coating. If the preparation process has the defects of complex process, special equipment, inapplicability to large-area matrixes, inapplicability to mechanical abrasion, poor hydrophobic maintenance caused by the inapplicability, and the like, the popularization and application of the super-hydrophobic material are affected. Therefore, the importance and development of the super-hydrophobic materials based on low cost, no pollution, simple preparation process, wide raw material sources and stable performance are needed. The urushiol is a main component of raw lacquer, accounts for about 70% of the mass of the raw lacquer, is a catechol derivative, has side chains of linear alkyl groups with different saturation degrees (0-3), and has a long side chain structure, so that a good hydrophobic effect can be brought. Raw lacquer is taken as an important forest product in China, raw lacquer resources are effectively utilized and developed, the added value of raw lacquer materials is improved, and the method has important significance. Disclosure of Invention In order to overcome the disadvantages and shortcomings of the prior art, a primary object of the present invention is to provide a superhydrophobic self-cleaning coating. The invention further aims at providing a preparation method of the super-hydrophobic self-cleaning coating.
