Description
Valve upper part of bathroom equipment fitting and bathroom equipment fitting with valve upper part Technical Field The invention relates to a valve upper part by means of which the flow of liquid through a liquid channel of a sanitary fitting can be controlled. The sanitary fitting can be used as a shut-off fitting, in particular for shutting off a liquid passage, or as an outflow fitting, in particular for providing liquid at a sink, a lavatory, a shower and/or a bathtub as desired. Background The valve upper part usually has a sealing device which in the closed position of the sealing device presses against a valve seat of the plumbing fitting and is compressed in this case. As a result, frequent opening and closing of the valve upper part (which is particularly common in sanitary fittings and/or occurs very long-term) can lead to wear and ultimately to failure of the sealing device. Disclosure of Invention It is therefore an object of the present invention to at least partially solve the problems set forth with reference to the prior art and in particular to provide a valve upper part whose sealing means are subject to less wear. Furthermore, a sanitary fitting with a valve upper part should be provided, the sealing means of which are subjected to less wear. What contributes to this is a valve upper part for a sanitary fitting, which valve upper part has at least the following: The housing is provided with a housing body, A valve rod which is arranged at least partially in the housing and is rotatable relative to the housing about a rotation axis, A sealing device for at least partially closing a valve seat of a sanitary fitting, wherein the sealing device is displaceable parallel to the axis of rotation by a valve rod between an open position and a closed position, wherein the sealing device has a first sealing element made of a first material and a second sealing element made of a second material, wherein a first hardness of the first material is smaller than a second hardness of the second material. The valve upper part is particularly useful for sanitary fittings. The sanitary fitting can be configured in the form of a shut-off fitting, by means of which the liquid channel and/or the liquid line can be shut off. Furthermore, the sanitary fitting can be configured in the form of an outflow fitting. The outflow fitting is particularly intended for providing liquid, in particular water, at a sink, a lavatory, a shower and/or a bathtub, as desired. For this purpose, the sanitary fitting can deliver cold water having a cold water temperature and hot water having a hot water temperature, by means of which the cold water and the hot water can be mixed to form mixed water having a desired mixed water temperature. The cold water temperature is in particular up to 25 ℃ (celsius), preferably from 1 ℃ to 25 ℃, particularly preferably from 5 ℃ to 20 ℃, and/or the hot water temperature is in particular up to 90 ℃, preferably from 25 ℃ to 90 ℃, particularly preferably from 55 ℃ to 65 ℃. The mixed water can then be fed, for example, via at least one liquid line and/or via at least one liquid channel to the outflow and/or the outflow opening of the sanitary fitting. For example, the valve upper part can be arranged at least partially in a fitting housing of the sanitary fitting. For this purpose, the valve upper part has a housing and a valve stem which is rotatable relative to the housing about a rotational axis. The housing may be at least partially made of plastic and/or metal, such as brass. The valve stem is at least partially arranged in the housing and/or can be rotated relative to the cartridge housing about the axis of rotation by a user via an actuating element, for example in the form of an actuating handle or lever. Furthermore, the valve upper part has a sealing device for at least partially closing a valve seat of the sanitary fitting. The sealing device can be fastened to a closing element of the valve upper part, which can be embodied, for example, in the form of a lifting cone or a valve cone. The closure element may be at least partially made of plastic and/or metal, such as brass. The sealing device or the closure element together with the sealing device can be displaced between an open position and a closed position by the valve stem. In the open position the valve seat is at least partially open and in the closed position the valve seat is closed such that liquid (substantially) cannot flow through the valve seat. The sealing device and/or the closure element can be displaced between an open position and a closed position by the valve rod, in particular parallel to the axis of rotation. The sealing device has a first sealing element made of a first material and a second sealing element made of a second material, wherein the first material has a first hardness that is less than a second hardness of the second material. The sealing elements are in particular separate components which are joined to
