Abstract
The invention discloses cane shoot black powder fungus (Ustilago esculenta) with a preservation number of CGMCC No.40037. The invention also discloses application of the zizania latifolia black powder fungus in preparing a microbial agent for promoting growth of zizania latifolia and pregnancy of zizania latifolia, and a microbial agent taking the zizania latifolia black powder fungus as a main active component. After the zizania latifolia and the black powder bacteria (Ustilago esculenta) are subjected to in-vitro large-scale biological fermentation, the zizania latifolia and the black powder bacteria become dominant bacterial groups through a field spraying or irrigating method, colonize and grow in plants to promote the pregnant zizania latifolia, and meanwhile, adverse factors such as ash zizania latifolia and the like cannot be generated, so that the requirements of actual demands of zizania latifolia production and environmental protection are met.

Description
Black fungus (Ustilago esculenta) with cane shoots and application thereof Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of biological pesticides, and particularly relates to black powder bacteria (Ustilago esculenta) of cane shoots and application thereof. Background Cane shoots are perennial root herbaceous plants of Gramineae, are important aquatic vegetables native to China, are widely cultivated in Yangtze river basin and southward area, are now second bighead aquatic vegetables except lotus roots in China, and have important economic value. A great deal of research at home and abroad shows that the infection interaction relationship between the cane shoot and the endophytic fungus, namely cane shoot black powder fungus, is close. After the cane shoot is infected by the black powder fungus of the cane shoot, the flowering of the cane shoot is inhibited, and the stem of the cane shoot is stimulated to expand, so that an edible expanded stem is formed. Under natural conditions, the zizania aquatica has two phenotypes, spore type and hypha type respectively. In most cases, the black powder of cane shoots is passaged as spores and is present in cane shoot plants. Thus, wild rice shoots have three phenotypes in the field, namely normal wild rice shoots (wild rice shoot black powder bacteria exist in a mycelium state and can be converted into spores after being placed for a long time), gray wild rice shoots (stem parts of the wild rice shoots are filled with the wild rice shoot black powder bacteria spores) and male wild rice shoots (stem parts are not expanded). Studies have shown that the growth of cane shoots can be regulated by spraying appropriate pregnancy-regulating drugs during the planting period of cane shoots, and the time of the cane shoots for pregnancy can be regulated by regulating the growth of cane shoot plants and cane shoot ustilago sativa, so that the field yield of cane shoots can be increased. Wherein, the sodium disul is a pregnant water bamboo accelerant which is commonly used in the prior water bamboo Tian Jianguan. Sodium disultone is a systemic protective bactericide, and has been shown to be moderately toxic to birds and 60mg/kg body weight of LD 50 in mice. The european union issued 7 months 2002 a ban on the use of sodium diutante. Also, the water bamboo pregnancy-promoting agent can promote the water bamboo pregnancy-promoting agent by spraying the mixed plant growth hormone with a certain proportion during the cultivation of the water bamboo. However, the conventional hormones used as the gestation-promoting water cane agents have high cost, and the ratio control among the hormones is greatly influenced by regional niches, so that the effect difference among the areas is large, so the hormones are not widely used. Besides the gestation-promoting cane shoot agent, there are also reports in the literature on the adoption of an artificial inoculation system of cane shoot black powder bacteria. In a greenhouse environment, the wild cane shoot seedlings are infected by using an optimized artificial needle tube inoculation technology, and a plant capable of being pregnant with normal cane shoots is obtained. The method for inoculating the zizania aquatica by adopting the artificial needle tube also has the problems of large workload, large difficulty in obtaining mutant strains, low plant survival rate, low pregnant zizania aquatica rate and the like, and cannot be popularized and used in a large area. Disclosure of Invention The inventor of the application obtains a strain of hypha type zizania caduciflora (MT type) by separating zizania caduciflora from zizania caduciflora plants in Shanghai region and purifying and then mutagenizing the zizania caduciflora. After the method is used for carrying out in-vitro large-scale biological fermentation, MT-type zizania aquatica is made into dominant bacterial groups by a field spraying or irrigating method, colonization and growth are carried out in plants to promote pregnant zizania aquatica, meanwhile, adverse factors such as ash zizania aquatica cannot be generated, and therefore the requirements of actual demands of zizania aquatica production and environmental protection are met. For this reason, in a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a zizania latifolia powder bacterium (Ustilago esculenta) having a preservation number of CGMCC No.40037. In a second aspect, the invention provides the use of zizania aquatica (Ustilago esculenta) for the preparation of a microbial agent for promoting the growth and pregnancy of zizania aquatica. According to the invention, the microbial agent forms include aqueous suspensions, granules, and microcapsules. In a third aspect, the invention provides a microbial agent for promoting the growth of cane shoots and the pregnancy of cane shoots, wherein the microbial agent takes the cane shoot black powder fungus (Ustilago esculenta) as a main active component.
