Description
Repairing system for steel tapping hole of continuous casting converter Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of continuous casting steel, and particularly relates to a repairing system for a steel tapping hole of a continuous casting steel converter. Background Continuous casting converters (hereinafter referred to as converters) are important equipment in the metallurgical industry for continuous production of steel. During the operation of the converter, the high-temperature liquid metal produced in the smelting process in the converter enters the subsequent working procedure through the tapping hole. However, converter tap holes often face severe wear and tear problems due to erosion and scouring of the high temperature liquid metal, resulting in reduced performance and reduced service life of the tap hole. At present, the detection and repair of the tap hole usually depend on manual inspection and maintenance, and the method has obvious defects. First, the high temperature environment poses a potential threat to the health of operators because they need to be inspected and maintained under high temperature conditions. Secondly, manual detection is easily affected by subjective factors, and potential problems of the tap hole may not be accurately identified.
