A preparation method of the triterpene compound comprises the steps of extracting astragalus membranaceus leaves from astragalus membranaceus, separating the triterpene compound from the astragalus membranaceus leaves, heating and refluxing the astragalus membranaceus leaves with pure methanol, filtering, concentrating the extracting solution under reduced pressure to obtain an extract, dissolving the extract in a water suspension, sequentially extracting with petroleum ether and water saturated n-butanol, concentrating the n-butanol extract under reduced pressure to obtain an n-butanol layer, dissolving the n-butanol layer with water saturated n-butanol, regulating the pH value to 12 with 0.1% NaOH aqueous solution, performing equal volume extraction, concentrating the n-butanol layer under reduced pressure to obtain an extract, obtaining an n-butanol alkali layer, subjecting the n-butanol alkali layer to normal phase silica gel column chromatography, gradient elution with a dichloromethane-methanol solvent system, combining the same fractions through TLC and HPLC analysis, separating the same fractions through a reverse phase ODS column, gradient elution with a methanol-water system, repeatedly separating through a preparative HPLC column, eluting with methanol-water at a ratio of 54:46, and obtaining the triterpene compound.
