Description

Filling pump for reloading container Technical Field The present invention relates to a refill container injection pump that is attached to a lid of an outer container and sucks and injects a liquid material in an inner container stored in the outer container. Background There is known a refill container including an inner container that accommodates a liquid material therein and has a suction port sealed by a sealing sheet provided on an upper surface thereof and that is replaced when the liquid material is consumed, an outer container that accommodates the inner container, a lid that closes the outer container that accommodates the inner container, and an injection pump that is attached to the lid and sucks and injects the liquid material accommodated in the inner container, the injection pump including a cylindrical cylinder portion that is fixed to a pump attachment port provided in a top plate of the lid, an injection nozzle that is provided in an upper portion of the cylindrical cylinder portion and that doubles as an operation portion of a piston in the cylindrical cylinder portion, and a suction pipe that is connected to a connection tube portion provided in a lower portion of the cylindrical cylinder portion and that is inserted into a suction port provided in an upper surface of the inner container when an opening portion of the outer container is closed by the lid (for example, refer to patent document 1). The injection pump described in patent document 1 is mounted to the cover by providing an attachment cap to the injection pump so as to cover the cylindrical cylinder, fitting the cylindrical cylinder to a pump mounting opening provided in a top plate of the cover, and fixing the cylindrical cylinder to the pump mounting opening by screw-fastening the attachment cap to the pump mounting opening. Prior art literature Patent literature Patent document 1 Japanese patent application laid-open No. 2019-119499. Disclosure of Invention Problems to be solved by the invention According to the refill container provided with the injection pump described in patent document 1, when the opening of the outer container is closed with the lid and the closing piece closing the suction port provided on the upper surface of the inner container is ruptured to insert the suction tube of the injection pump into the inner container, the ruptured closing piece is brought into close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the suction tube. Therefore, when the liquid material is sucked from the inner container by operating the discharge pump, the inner container is negative pressure by the suction of the liquid material, and the piston in the cylindrical cylinder is slowly returned, and when the inner container is formed of a flexible material, there is a problem that the liquid material may not be smoothly discharged from the inner container due to the negative pressure. The present invention provides an injection pump for a refill container, which can smoothly perform injection of a liquid material from an inner container by allowing air to flow from the outside into the inner container in a sealed state when the liquid material is injected. Means for solving the problems In order to achieve the above object, the invention described in claim 1 is an injection pump for a refill container which is mounted on a lid body closing an opening of an outer container and sucks and injects a liquid material in an inner container accommodated in the outer container, and is characterized by comprising a tubular cylinder portion fixed to a pump mounting port body provided on a top plate of the lid body, an injection nozzle provided on an upper portion of the tubular cylinder portion and serving as an operation portion of a piston in the tubular cylinder portion, and an intake pipe connected to a connection pipe portion provided on a lower portion of the tubular cylinder portion, and an intake port inserted into an upper surface of the inner container when the opening of the outer container has been closed by the lid body, wherein the intake pipe is composed of a small-diameter pipe portion and a large-diameter pipe portion, the small-diameter pipe portion is hermetically fitted to an outer periphery of the connection pipe portion provided on a lower portion of the tubular cylinder portion, the liquid material in the inner container is sucked, the large-diameter pipe portion is connected to an upper end of the tubular cylinder portion, the tubular portion is fitted to an outer periphery of the tubular cylinder portion, and a first vent hole is provided in the tubular cylinder portion and the inner container 1. The invention described in claim 2 is characterized in that, in the cylinder tube of the cylindrical cylinder portion described in claim 1, a2 nd vent hole that communicates a gap between the cylindrical cylinder portion and the large diameter tube portion with the inside of the cylinder tube is provided on a wall of the c
