Claims (10)
- 1. The fuel urea tank module comprises a tank body, a first chamber and a second chamber which are separated into independent chambers in a cavity of the tank body, wherein the first chamber is used for containing fuel, the second chamber is used for containing urea, the second chamber is internally provided with a converging mechanism, the converging mechanism comprises a shell, heat conducting fins, heating resistance wires, heat conducting strips and a liquid pumping pipe, the inner forming of the shell is provided with a third sealing chamber and the heating resistance wires are arranged in the wall of the third chamber, the third chamber comprises a transverse end and a longitudinal end, the transverse end is in an inclined shape and is communicated with the longitudinal end, the heat conducting strips are arranged in the chamber of the longitudinal end and are connected with the wall of the longitudinal end, one end of the liquid pumping pipe is positioned in the chamber of the longitudinal end, the other end of the liquid pumping pipe is positioned outside the shell, the peripheral wall corresponding to the third transverse end of the chamber is provided with the heat conducting fins, and the peripheral wall of the third chamber is provided with a plurality of through holes communicated with the two chambers.
- 2. The fuel urea tank module as set forth in claim 1, wherein a groove is formed at the bottom wall of the second chamber, the longitudinal end of the third chamber is located in the groove, and a gap exists between the peripheral wall of the third chamber and the wall of the groove.
- 3. The fuel urea tank module as set forth in claim 2, wherein a urea drain is provided at the bottom wall of the recess and an end cap for sealing is provided.
- 4. The fuel urea tank module as set forth in claim 3, wherein a mounting hole is formed at the bottom wall of the tank body corresponding to the second chamber and a sealing cover is fixed at the mounting hole, and the groove is formed at the sealing cover.
- 5. The fuel urea tank module as set forth in claim 1, wherein the heat conducting fin comprises a sheet body and ribs, the sheet body is arranged around the upper part of the corresponding peripheral wall of the chamber III at intervals, the ribs are arranged on the front surface and the back surface of the sheet body at intervals along the length direction, and part of the through holes are arranged between the two sheet bodies.

The fuel urea tank module as set forth in claim 1, wherein the tank body is provided with through holes, the walls of the adjacent through holes are mutually connected, and the walls of the through holes at the side are connected with the side wall of the tank body, so that the interior of the tank body is divided into a first chamber and a second chamber which are independent by the through holes.
- 7. The fuel urea tank module as set forth in claim 1, wherein a fuel filler is provided at a top wall of the first chamber, a urea filler is provided at a top wall of the second chamber, and an oil drain is provided at a bottom wall of the first chamber.
- 8. The fuel urea tank module as set forth in claim 7, wherein the fuel filler and the urea filler are provided with filter cups.
- 9. The fuel urea tank module as set forth in claim 1, wherein the top wall of the first chamber and the top wall of the second chamber are respectively provided with a sensor interface, the sensor interfaces are respectively provided with a fuel sensor and a urea sensor, the top wall of the second chamber is provided with a second mounting hole, the second mounting hole is provided with a vent valve, and the side wall of the second chamber is provided with an observation window.

The fuel urea tank module as set forth in claim 1, wherein an inward concave groove cavity is formed at the side of the top wall of the tank body corresponding to the first chamber, a filter support for fixing a filter is formed at the groove wall of the groove cavity, and a urea pump support for fixing a urea pump is formed at the end face of the tank body corresponding to the second chamber.
