Description

Tap shell production process Technical Field The invention relates to the field of faucet production, in particular to a faucet shell production process. Background The existing faucet in the market, such as CN209278587U, comprises a metal housing and a valve core seat (also called a plastic inner core), the metal housing is made of zinc alloy, the plastic inner core is made of plastic by injection molding, and after the metal housing and the valve core are combined together, a complete faucet can be formed by combining the metal housing and the valve core. In CN209278587U, its shell adopts zinc alloy casting to make things convenient for in the inside second slope of forming of shell to support the top surface, the second slope supports the top surface and is used for supporting with the first slope on the valve core seat and supports the top surface and carry out the butt, reduces the condition of leaking. The faucet has high yield, is not easy to leak water and is fast in market. However, the zinc alloy shell needs to be formed by casting, the production process is complicated, and further surface treatment is needed after the zinc alloy shell is formed, so that the cost is still high. The faucet housing is manufactured by using the pipe fitting, so that the production cost can be greatly reduced, and therefore, development of a low-cost faucet housing which is suitable for being manufactured by using the pipe fitting matched with the valve core seat is needed. In view of the above, the present inventors have made intensive studies to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art. Disclosure of Invention The main object of the present invention is to provide a process for producing a faucet housing, which provides a low cost process for producing a faucet, and is particularly suitable for producing a faucet housing by pipe fittings. In order to achieve the above object, the solution of the present invention is: a process for producing a faucet shell comprises the following steps of S100, preparing a shell and a propping water passing piece, wherein the shell is prepared by cutting on a metal pipe fitting and cutting on the side wall to form a water outlet, the propping water passing piece comprises an inclined sheet and a water passing pipe which are integrally connected, the inclined sheet is provided with a water passing hole, one surface of the inclined sheet, which is away from the water passing pipe, is provided with a propping inclined surface for propping against a valve core seat, and an inner cavity of the water passing pipe is communicated with the water passing hole; s200, placing the propping water passing piece into the inner cavity of the shell, enabling the water passing pipe to pass through the water outlet, and fixing the water passing pipe and the outer wall of the shell. The propping water passing piece is prepared by cutting a metal plate to obtain an inclined piece with a water passing hole, wherein the inclined piece is provided with an arc edge which is attached to the inner wall of the shell, cutting another metal pipe to obtain a water passing pipe, and aligning the water passing pipe with the water passing hole and welding the water passing pipe with the inclined piece. Further, the included angle between the axis of the water passing pipe and the normal direction of the inclined sheet is 18 degrees, and the axis of the water passing pipe is perpendicular to the axis of the shell. Furthermore, before the water passing pipe is welded with the inclined piece, one end of the water passing pipe is embedded into the water passing hole, and after the positioning is finished, the welding connection is performed. Further, the propping water passing piece is prepared by integrally casting and forming the propping water passing piece with the inclined sheet and the water passing pipe in a mould. Further, the water pipe and the outer wall of the shell are fixed in a welding mode. Further, in step S200, before the water pipe is welded to the housing, an edge of the inclined plate abuts against an inner wall of the housing. Further, S300 is provided, namely a water outlet pipe is prepared, the water outlet pipe is connected with the shell in a welded mode, and the outlet of the water passing pipe is positioned in the water outlet pipe. Further, the shell is cut from stainless steel tubing. Further, the method also comprises the step of welding a thread seat on the shell. After the structure is adopted, the faucet shell production process has at least the following beneficial effects: 1. The shell is obtained by cutting through a pipe, and compared with the traditional cast shell, the shell is lower in cost. The propping water passing piece is placed in the shell, and then the water passing pipe penetrates out of the water outlet and is fixed, so that the faucet shell with the propping inclined plane in the shell is prepared. 2.
