Abstract

The preparation method of the Yunweiling volatile oil comprises the steps of crushing the Yunweiling medicinal materials, adding 8-10 times of water, carrying out reflux extraction for 3-5 hours at 90-100 ℃, collecting the volatile oil through a volatile oil extractor, adding anhydrous sodium sulfate for dehydration, centrifuging and filtering to obtain Yun Weiling volatile oil. The invention provides an application of Yun Weiling volatile oil in preparing digestion-promoting and appetite-improving medicines, and experiments prove that the Yunweiling volatile oil can promote intestinal peristalsis, promote the secretion of GAS and MTL, enhance pepsin activity, promote pepsin secretion and promote the function of food intake, and has a prospect of becoming digestion-promoting and appetite-improving medicines.

The preparation of the digestion-promoting appetite-improving traditional Chinese medicine composition based on the cloud weiling volatile oil is characterized by comprising, by weight, 10-20 parts of cloud weiling, 10-20 parts of poria cocos, 5-15 parts of dried orange peel, 5-15 parts of scorched hawthorn fruit, 5-15 parts of roasted malt and 5-10 parts of fructus amomi, wherein the preparation method of the decoction comprises the following steps: 1) Pulverizing the Yunweiling, adding water with the weight being 8-10 times that of the Yunweiling, and carrying out reflux extraction for 3-5 hours at the temperature of 90-100 ℃, collecting volatile oil by a volatile oil extractor, adding anhydrous sodium sulfate for dehydration, centrifuging and filtering to obtain Yun Weiling volatile oil, wherein the refluxed Yunweiling residues and the refluxed Yun Weiling aqueous solution are reserved; 2) Mixing poria cocos, dried orange peel, fried hawthorn, fried malt and fructus amomi with the residues of the poria cocos and the radix et rhizoma polygoni multiflori distilled in the step 1), adding 6-8 times of water for decoction for 20-40 min, adding 4-8 times of water for decoction for 20-40 min, and mixing the two decoctions; 3) Mixing the aqueous solution of the rufigwort in the step 1) with the decoction obtained in the step 2), adding the rufigwort volatile oil obtained in the step 1), and fully and uniformly mixing to obtain the decoction.
