A steel rail embedded floating ballast bed as set forth in claim 1, wherein the width of the rail groove (3) is larger than the width of the steel rail (1), the depth of the rail groove (3) is smaller than the height of the steel rail (1), and the length of the rail groove (3) is matched with the length of the steel rail (1).
