Description
Method for treating waste water containing triazole compound Technical Field The present invention relates to a method for treating wastewater containing triazole compounds, and more particularly to a method for treating wastewater containing triazole compounds by reacting hypochlorous acid solution with the triazole compounds. Background Generally, wafers, circuit boards and the like relate to the electronic component manufacturing industry, and when producing electronic components such as wafers, circuit boards and the like, a large amount of waste liquid containing triazole compounds is generated, and at present, triazole substances are degraded by biological treatment procedures, however, the method has high requirements and takes a long time. Disclosure of Invention In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a method for treating wastewater containing triazole compounds, which can effectively treat 90% or more of triazole substances by reacting hypochlorous acid (HOCl) having a neutral pH with triazole compounds. The invention provides a method for treating wastewater containing triazole compounds, which comprises the following steps: Adjusting the pH of a wastewater containing triazole-based compounds to a pH of 3 to 10, and Adding hypochlorous acid solution to the wastewater to react and treat the triazole compound to a concentration lower than a critical concentration, wherein the pH value of the hypochlorous acid solution is 3-7. Drawings FIG. 1 is a flow chart of a method for treating wastewater containing triazole-based compounds according to the present invention. Reference numerals S1-S2 Detailed Description The technical solution of the present invention will be described in detail below for a clearer understanding of technical features, objects and advantageous effects of the present invention, but should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. Various embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings as examples for the benefit of the reader's understanding. In addition to these details, the present invention may be widely practiced in other embodiments, and easy substitution, modification, and equivalent variation of any of the described embodiments is to be understood as being included within the scope of the present invention, which is defined by the appended claims. It is particularly noted that the drawings are merely schematic and do not represent actual sizes or numbers of components, some details may not be drawn in order to simplify the drawings. Referring to FIG. 1, a flow chart of a method for treating wastewater containing triazole compounds according to the present invention is shown. Firstly, the waste water containing triazole compound is adjusted by hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid and sodium hydroxide solution until the pH value is 3-10 (step S1). The triazole compound concentration of the wastewater is 5-1,000 ppm, wherein the test effect is particularly good at 5-100 ppm. In some embodiments, the hypochlorous acid solution has a pH of 3-7, belongs to neutral meta-acid, and has a preferred reaction effect. The pH of the wastewater containing the triazole-based compound may be adjusted by any method known in the art using hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid or sodium hydroxide solution until a desired pH is reached, and the amount of hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid or sodium hydroxide solution to be added may be determined according to the desired pH. Similarly, the pH of the hypochlorous acid solution can be adjusted by any method known in the art using sodium hypochlorite or sodium hydroxide solution until the desired pH is reached. The amount of hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid or sodium hydroxide solution is added according to the desired pH. Hypochlorous acid solutions are commercially available. Then, the waste water containing the triazole-based compound is treated by the hypochlorous acid solution reaction (step S2). The pH of the hypochlorous acid solution is preferably from pH 5 to 7, and the i.e. concentration is from 800 to 120,000ppm. The concentration ratio of the hypochlorous acid solution to the triazole compound in the wastewater is 800-120000:5-1000. The volume ratio of the hypochlorous acid solution to the wastewater is 0.001-1:1. The reaction treatment temperature is preferably 20-40 ℃ and the pressure is preferably normal pressure. The reaction termination condition is that the triazole-based compound concentration (or critical concentration) is less than 0.5ppm. In some embodiments, the triazole-based compound concentration (or critical concentration) is less than 0.03ppm. Therefore, the amount of hypochlorous acid solution is added according to the concentration of the triazole-based compound in the wastewater or the volume of the wastewater until the concentration of the triazole-based compound in the wastewater is reduced to a critical concentration
