The preparation method comprises the steps of firstly coating a surface adhesive layer on release paper, heating and curing, then coating a bottom adhesive layer on the surface of the surface adhesive layer, attaching base cloth to the bottom adhesive layer, heating and curing, and lifting the release paper to obtain the organic silicon leather. The organic silicon synthetic leather has the advantages of wear resistance, folding resistance, tearing resistance and the like.

Claims (10)
- 1. The organic silicon synthetic leather is characterized by comprising base cloth, wherein a primer layer is arranged on the base cloth, a top adhesive layer is arranged on the primer layer, the top adhesive layer comprises, by weight, 150-300 parts of vinyl silicone oil, 10-40 parts of modified hydrophobic white carbon black, 50-200 parts of phenyl vinyl silicone resin, 5-30 parts of hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 0.3-1.5 parts of inhibitor and 1-10 parts of catalyst, the silicon-hydrogen ratio of the top adhesive layer is 2.5-4.5, the primer layer comprises, by weight, 100-200 parts of vinyl silicone oil, 5-30 parts of modified hydrophobic white carbon black, 10-100 parts of phenyl vinyl silicone resin, 2-15 parts of hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 0.2-1 part of inhibitor and 0.5-10 parts of catalyst, and the silicon-hydrogen ratio of the primer layer is 6-8.
- 2. The synthetic organosilicon leather of claim 1, wherein the vinyl silicone oil has a vinyl content of 0.1-1.5wt% and a viscosity of 500-15000mPa.s.
- 3. The synthetic organosilicon leather of claim 1, wherein the hydrogen content of the hydrogen-containing silicone oil is 0.3-1wt% and the viscosity is 30-200 mPa.s.
- 4. The synthetic silicone leather according to claim 1, wherein the vinyl content of the phenyl vinyl silicone resin is 0.5-2wt% and the viscosity is 2000-80000 mPa.s.
- 5. The synthetic organic leather according to claim 1, wherein the inhibitor is ethylene cyclic alcohol or an acetylene cyclic alcohol compound.
- 6. The synthetic organosilicon leather of claim 1, wherein the catalyst is platinum catalyst, platinum-vinyl complex or platinum-alkyne based complex.
- 7. The organic silicon synthetic leather according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein 1 to 5 parts of color paste is added to the primer layer and the top adhesive layer according to the requirement.

The process for preparing the organic silicon synthetic leather according to any one of claims 1 to 7, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: s1, respectively mixing a face adhesive layer raw material and a base adhesive layer raw material to prepare face adhesive layer slurry and base adhesive layer slurry; s2, coating the surface adhesive layer slurry on release paper, and heating and curing; and S3, uniformly coating primer layer sizing agent on the surface of the surface adhesive layer obtained in the step S2, attaching the base cloth to the primer layer, and heating and curing to obtain the organic silicon synthetic leather.

The process of claim 8 wherein the step S1 is carried out by mixing vinyl silicone oil, modified hydrophobic white carbon black, phenyl vinyl silicone resin and hydrogen-containing silicone oil in raw materials under vacuum, adding inhibitor, adding into color paste, vacuum mixing, and adding into catalyst.
- 10. The process according to claim 8 or 9, wherein the temperature of the heat curing is 100-130 ℃ for 3-10 minutes.
