- 7. The stain and rust resistant oil complexing agent composition of claim 1 wherein the base oil is at least one of a mineral oil, a synthetic oil and a reclaimed oil.
- 8. The stain and rust resistant oil complexing agent composition of claim 1 wherein the base oil is at least one of a technical white oil, a synthetic oil and a reclaimed oil.
