The hydraulic jacking device according to claim 1, wherein the upper end portion of the center (4) has a specific structure that a threaded hole I is formed in the upper end face of the center (4), a U-shaped base plate (28) with a through hole in the center is buckled at the upper end of the center (4), the U-shaped base plate (28) is fixed on the center (4) through a screw I (19), and the pressure spring (22) is sleeved outside an optical axis portion of a threaded blanking cover (16) and the screw I (19).
