Abstract

The invention discloses a water-soluble anti-collapse agent, a preparation method thereof and water-based slurry, the water-soluble collapse preventing agent comprises melamine, formaldehyde aqueous solution, polyalcohol, epichlorohydrin, water, initiator, organic phosphonate and comonomer. The preparation method comprises the steps of uniformly mixing melamine and formaldehyde aqueous solution, regulating pH, performing reaction, introducing polyol into a reaction system for continuous reaction, introducing organic phosphonate solution into the reaction system, then adding epichlorohydrin for reaction, finally introducing comonomer and adding initiator for reaction, and then drying and optionally crushing to obtain the water-soluble anti-collapse agent. Also provided is a water-based mud comprising the water-soluble anti-collapse agent. The anti-collapse agent provided by the invention has the advantages of high anti-composite salt filtration loss reduction rate of more than 70%, high shale secondary rolling recovery rate of more than 80%, high salt resistance, high temperature resistance, high wall-fixing filtration loss reduction performance, environment friendliness, low fluorescence, high water solubility and the like.

Claims (20)

  1. 1. The water-soluble collapse preventing agent comprises, by weight, 12 parts of melamine, 24-40 parts of formaldehyde aqueous solution, 6-18 parts of polyol, 4.5-18.5 parts of epichlorohydrin, 120-240 parts of water, 0.09-0.8 part of initiator, 10-20 parts of organic phosphonate and 5-20 parts of comonomer, wherein the comonomer is one or more than two of acrylamide, 2-methyl-2-acrylamidopropane sulfonic acid, acrylic acid, fumaric acid, sodium allylsulfonate and sodium 2-acryloyloxyisopentene sulfonate, and the organic phosphonate is diallyl aminomethylphosphonate; the preparation method of the water-soluble collapse preventing agent comprises the following steps: S1, uniformly mixing melamine and formaldehyde aqueous solution, adding alkali liquor to adjust the pH value to 8-9, and then carrying out reaction at a first reaction temperature; S2, adjusting the temperature of the reaction system to a second reaction temperature, and introducing polyol into the reaction system for continuous reaction; s3, introducing an organic phosphonate solution into a reaction system under a mixing condition, and then adding epichlorohydrin to react at a second reaction temperature; S4, introducing a comonomer into the reaction system, adjusting the temperature of the reaction system to a third reaction temperature, adding an initiator for reaction, and then drying and optionally crushing to obtain the water-soluble anti-collapse agent.

The water-soluble anti-collapse agent according to claim 1, wherein the raw materials of the water-soluble anti-collapse agent comprise, by weight, 12 parts of melamine, 28-36 parts of an aqueous formaldehyde solution, 9-15 parts of a polyol, 9-13.5 parts of epichlorohydrin, 150-200 parts of water, 0.18-0.5 part of an initiator, 12-16 parts of an organic phosphonate and 10-15 parts of a comonomer.
  3. 3. The water-soluble anti-collapse agent according to claim 1, wherein the polyhydric alcohol is any one or more of ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, and glycerol.
  4. 4. The water-soluble anti-collapse agent according to claim 1, wherein the mass concentration of the aqueous formaldehyde solution is 30wt% to 55wt%.
  5. 5. The water-soluble anti-collapse agent according to claim 1, wherein the initiator is any one or more of potassium persulfate, sodium persulfate and ammonium persulfate.

The water-soluble anti-collapse agent according to claim 1, wherein diallylaminomethyl phosphonate has a molecular formula of C 7 H 12 NO 3 PM 2 and/or C 7 H 12 NO 3 PN、(C 7 H 12 NO 3 P) 3 X 2 、(C 7 H 12 NO 3 P) 2 Y,M is one or more of monovalent metals, N is one or more of divalent metals, X is one or more of trivalent metals, and Y is one or more of tetravalent metals.

The water-soluble collapse preventing agent according to claim 1, wherein the diallylaminomethyl phosphonate is one or more of sodium diallylaminomethyl phosphonate, potassium diallylaminomethyl phosphonate, magnesium diallylaminomethyl phosphonate, and calcium diallylaminomethyl phosphonate.

A process for the preparation of a water-soluble anti-collapse agent according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of: S1, uniformly mixing melamine and formaldehyde aqueous solution, adding alkali liquor to adjust the pH value to 8-9, and then carrying out reaction at a first reaction temperature; S2, adjusting the temperature of the reaction system to a second reaction temperature, and introducing polyol into the reaction system for continuous reaction; s3, introducing an organic phosphonate solution into a reaction system under a mixing condition, and then adding epichlorohydrin to react at a second reaction temperature; S4, introducing a comonomer into the reaction system, adjusting the temperature of the reaction system to a third reaction temperature, adding an initiator for reaction, and then drying and optionally crushing to obtain the water-soluble anti-collapse agent.
  9. 9. The method for producing a water-soluble collapse preventing agent according to claim 8, wherein the alkali solution in the step S1 is an inorganic alkali solution, and the inorganic alkali solution is at least one of a sodium hydroxide solution and a potassium hydroxide solution.
  10. 10. The method for producing a water-soluble anti-collapse agent according to claim 8, wherein the first reaction temperature in step S1 is 70 to 90 ℃ and the reaction time is 0.5 to 6 hours.
  11. 11. The method for producing a water-soluble collapse preventing agent according to claim 8, wherein the mass concentration of the aqueous formaldehyde solution in step S1 is 30wt% to 55wt%.
  12. 12. The method for preparing a water-soluble anti-collapse agent according to claim 8, wherein the second reaction temperature in the step S2 is 40-60 ℃ and the reaction time is 0.5-6 h.
  13. 13. The method for producing a water-soluble anti-collapse agent according to claim 8, wherein the polyhydric alcohol in step S2 is any one or more of ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, and glycerol.

The method for preparing a water-soluble collapse preventing agent according to claim 8, wherein the organic phosphonate in the step S3 is diallylaminomethyl phosphonate, the molecular formula of which is C 7 H 12 NO 3 PM 2 、C 7 H 12 NO 3 PN、(C 7 H 12 NO 3 P) 3 X 2 、(C 7 H 12 NO 3 P) 2 Y,M is one or more of monovalent metals, N is one or more of divalent metals, X is one or more of trivalent metals, and Y is one or more of tetravalent metals.

The method for preparing a water-soluble collapse preventing agent according to claim 8 or 14, wherein the organic phosphonate in the step S3 is one or more of sodium diallylaminomethyl phosphonate, potassium diallylaminomethyl phosphonate, magnesium diallylaminomethyl phosphonate and calcium diallylaminomethyl phosphonate.
  16. 16. The method for producing a water-soluble anti-collapse agent according to claim 8, wherein the comonomer in step S4 is one or more of acrylamide, 2-methyl-2-acrylamidopropane sulfonic acid, acrylic acid, fumaric acid, sodium allylsulfonate, and sodium 2-acryloyloxyisopentene sulfonate.
  17. 17. The method for preparing a water-soluble anti-collapse agent according to claim 8, wherein the third reaction temperature in the step S4 is 60-80 ℃ and the reaction time is 1-6 hours.
  18. 18. The method for producing a water-soluble collapse preventing agent according to claim 8, wherein the initiator in step S4 is one or more of potassium persulfate, sodium persulfate, and ammonium persulfate.

Background The occurrence of problems such as lost circulation, collapse, diameter shrinkage, instability of the well wall and the like in the drilling of complex stratum is a main factor influencing the safe construction period. The high-performance collapse-preventing wall-fixing agent is a key for improving the stability of the well wall, reducing complex well conditions and prolonging the safe construction period. The prior anti-collapse wall-fixing material mainly comprises an inhibitory anti-collapse agent and a blocking type anti-collapse agent, wherein the inhibitory anti-collapse agent mainly comprises micromolecular salt and polyamine, but plays a strong inhibitory role and has a certain influence on the stability of drilling fluid, the blocking type anti-collapse agent mainly comprises sulfonated asphalt materials, the sulfonated asphalt materials are mature, the field application effect of the sulfonated asphalt materials with high-temperature deformation, elastic blocking and wall-fixing effects is good, but the application of the asphalt materials with deep chromaticity and poor environment-friendly performance is gradually limited along with the gradual strictness of environmental regulations, and the field needs of novel environment-friendly anti-collapse wall-fixing agent which is close to the asphalt anti-collapse wall-fixing effect. In the prior art, researchers have conducted a great deal of research around environment-friendly anti-collapse wall-fixing agents, and in the related reports, CN 111138594A reports a preparation method of an environment-friendly anti-collapse agent for high-temperature water-based drilling fluid plugging, the method comprises the steps of firstly fully and uniformly mixing styrene monomers, acrylic monomers and emulsifying agents to form a 'pre-emulsion', and then adding hydrophilic monomers and cationic monomers for graft copolymerization, so that the obtained environment-friendly anti-collapse agent has a core-shell structure, is nontoxic and environment-friendly, and has good high-temperature resistance. CN 104151493A reports a preparation method of emulsion type anti-collapse agent, the method takes N-vinyl pyrrolidone, (3-methacrylamide) propyl trimethyl ammonium chloride as raw material, and adopts reverse emulsion polymerization to obtain emulsion type anti-collapse agent, the molecular weight of the obtained product is not less than 500 ten thousand, the residual rate of monomer is low, and the stability is good. CN 109652031A reports a strong wall drilling fluid system and a preparation method thereof, the method adopts a strong cementing wall-fixing material containing a polyethyleneimine structure as a main agent, and is matched with a nano plugging agent, a wetting reversal agent and the like to form the strong wall drilling fluid system, and asphalt materials are not adopted in the system, but good effects of plugging the wall-fixing material and inhibiting hydration expansion of clay are achieved. The report discloses preparation and application methods of different types of environment-friendly anti-collapse wall fixing agents and drilling fluid systems, in the preparation methods, asphalt materials are not adopted, but materials are developed from different angles such as inhibiting hydration expansion of clay, slowing down slurry making and peeling off, blocking hydration channels, slowing down pressure transmission, keeping well wall stable, and the like, beneficial technical effects are obtained, and the requirements of well wall stability and logging in deep well and complex well drilling and production can be met. However, the prior art has little attention on the salt resistance and the calcium resistance of the collapse prevention wall fixing agent, and the research on the high-temperature high-bittern reservoir well wall stabilization collapse prevention agent is still in depth. Melamine resin prepared from melamine and formaldehyde has low cost, easily available raw materials, stable performance, good film forming property and water resistance, has mature application in the field of paint, and has related reports on the melamine resin as an oil well cement additive after being modified by sodium metabisulfite in the field of oilfield chemicals. However, in general, the application of the water-soluble melamine resin in the drilling and production process is still studied, the melamine resin with low cost and large modification space is taken as a raw material, and the development of the water-soluble anti-collapse wall-fixing agent has great potential in the aspects of economy and applicability and ha
