Description
Body loosening device Technical Field The present invention relates to a body loosening (body mobilization) device, i.e. a device for moving a body part of a (move) human subject in a controlled manner using the device. The present invention relates to the field of functional rehabilitation (functional rehabilitation) of patients and physical preparation (physical preparation) of healthy subjects. Background In this field, one of the basic techniques implemented by physical therapists is passive loosening (passive mobilization), which is applied in the fields of traumatology, rheumatology, neurology, resuscitation, etc. In this technique, the patient does not perform any voluntary locomotor action (voluntary motor action), so the physical therapist uses or does not use equipment, such as a device called a continuous passive locomotor (continuous passive motion machines), to articulate the patient. Loosening (mobilization) is said to be active when the subject's joint movement is obtained by the subject's voluntary muscle contraction. Active loosening (active mobilization) allows the subject to exercise with or without the assistance of a physical therapist and with or without stress, depending on the pathology and/or the goals of physical preparation to be achieved. Various specialized materials are typically used. Among these materials, balls (balls) are known, commonly referred to as "Swiss Ball", "Klein-Vogelbach Ball" or "exercise Ball (gymball)", which are inflatable spheres having a certain elasticity on which a subject places a part of his body for physical exercise (physical exercises), in particular joint exercise (joint exercises). For example, a subject sits on the ball, places the pelvis directly on the upper part of the ball while the feet remain in contact with the ground by seeking to maintain balance, the subject exercises particularly on the joints and muscles of his lower limbs, pelvis and back. Existing balls are comfortable and have different diameters, which the subject chooses depending on their body size and the body part to be rehabilitated or treated. The ball has the functions of strengthening muscle strength, proprioception of deep muscles, coordination, flexibility, core strength and the like. The advantages and value of this ball are now well established, and therefore the ball is used in both the medical community and in athletes, in particular for muscle building. However, existing balls remain an inherently unstable device. The use of such devices requires "taming (taming)" that is unstable in terms of stability, which may be difficult or dangerous, or even impossible, for some persons with inconvenient or weak activities. Moreover, the characteristics of the existing ball movement such as amplitude, speed and the like are not easy to control, so that the effect of loosening exercise of the ball cannot be controlled. In a unique field, namely the field of virtual reality devices, US6135928 discloses devices that allow natural movements of humans. The device comprises a sphere (sphere) and a frame. The frame is disposed below the ground and supports the sphere such that only a small portion of the upper face of the sphere is exposed to the ground through the opening in the ground. The apparatus also includes an aerial support (aerial support) fixedly held above the sphere in a vertical direction by a bracket. The air support restrains a user standing on top of the sphere by means of a safety harness (bracket). The sphere is correspondingly sized to be between 6 and 7 feet in diameter, i.e., between 180 and 215 centimeters. Allowing the ball to freely rotate about its center relative to the frame, allowing the user to walk or run on top of the ball by rotating the ball about its center, while the user is stationary relative to the frame. To this end, the device comprises, at the interface between the frame and the sphere, two "idle" casters (castors) distributed over the entire surface of the sphere, below the ground, allowing the sphere to rotate in any direction about the center, and a wheel with a fixed horizontal axis, located at the equator (equator) of the sphere, for reducing the sliding of the sphere and non-autonomous rotation (involuntary rotation) about a vertical axis passing through the center of the sphere. The device is designed to operate without the use of a motor. Nevertheless, US6135928 mentions the possibility of motorizing (motorizing) a wheel with a fixed horizontal axis, so as to be able to "accelerate" the rotation of the sphere, forcing the user to "walk faster". In this case US6135928 states that the wheel with a fixed horizontal axis should be in close contact with the outer surface of the sphere, which corresponds to pressing the wheel with a fixed horizontal axis horizontally against the sphere. Disclosure of Invention The object of the present invention is to propose a new body loosening device which is simple and safe to use when using a ball simi
