Description
Heating cigarette tobacco particles with strong CO adsorption and high water wettability and preparation method thereof Technical Field The invention belongs to the field of heating cigarettes, and particularly relates to heating cigarette tobacco particles with strong CO adsorption and high water wettability and a preparation method thereof. Background The heated cigarettes are widely accepted by consumers in recent years because the substances such as flavor components and nicotine in the core material are transferred to the consumers in a manner that the cigarettes are not burned by heating, and the release amount of harmful substances generated by high-temperature combustion is greatly reduced. It has been found that the main harmful substances in the tobacco smoke of the heated cigarettes include carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, phenols, volatile nitrogen-based compounds, hydrocyanic acid, some heterocyclic compounds peculiar to tobacco, and the like. The release amount of CO content is the highest, and the release amount of CO is harmful to human bodies, so that the reduction of the release amount of CO is a necessary choice for survival and development of the tobacco industry. In recent years, the social interest in smoking and health problems is continuously strengthened, and in order to reduce the harm of tobacco products to human health and better protect the health of consumers, tobacco researchers have conducted a great deal of research in the fields of tobacco leaf production, processing, tar-reducing and harm-reducing technologies and the like, developed new means including biotechnology, new material technology and the like, and successfully applied to tobacco production. Research and development of new materials and new methods for strongly adsorbing CO in flue gas have been a hotspot problem in this field. The organic metal-based adsorbent has stronger chemical adsorption on CO gas molecules, particularly under the condition of lower metal oxidation state, covalent bonds are formed between metal centers in the adsorbent and target gas, so that the adsorption effect on CO is enhanced, the moisture of tobacco can be locked, the outside moisture is not absorbed, and the moisture of the tobacco is kept. The invention further loads the organic metal complex on porous solid materials such as active carbon particles, chitosan hydrogel, sodium alginate hydrogel and the like to prepare the solid particle additive, which can realize high-efficiency adsorption of CO and reduce the release amount of CO in flue gas.
