Description
Preservation method of pasture seeds Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of seed preservation, in particular to a preservation method of pasture seeds. Background The pasture has the characteristics of high yield, high protein and high mineral matter, and has high value as feed. Along with the development of animal husbandry, the demand of the pasture is also increased, the quality of seeds directly influences the germination rate and emergence rate of the pasture, and even influences the growth and development and production quality of the pasture. The preservation method of pasture seeds is therefore particularly important. When the seeds are stored, the moisture content in the seeds is too high, vital activity is vigorous, a large amount of heat is generated, and a large amount of mould is propagated, so that mildew is caused, and the quality of the seeds is reduced. Therefore, to avoid mildew and rot of the seeds during storage, to ensure seed quality and to extend seed life, the grass seeds often need to be dried prior to storage to remove excess moisture from the seeds. However, during the drying process of the seeds, the internal diffusion rate of part of the seeds is slower, namely, the internal moisture of the seeds is lower than the evaporation rate of the surface moisture of the seeds, so that the seeds are dry outside and wet inside, and the seed coats are cracked and even the viability of the seeds is reduced. This can seriously affect the quality of the seeds and reduce the germination rate of the seeds. Therefore, the invention provides a preservation method of pasture seeds, which balances the internal diffusion and external evaporation rates of the seeds, and reduces the damage of the seeds caused by drying while promoting the drying of the seeds. Disclosure of Invention In view of the above, the invention aims to provide a method for preserving pasture seeds, which solves the problem that the pasture seeds are easy to be damaged in the drying process. The invention solves the technical problems by the following technical means: (1) Preparing pasture seeds, namely selecting mature pasture seeds with full grains and no insect damage for harvesting, and naturally airing the harvested pasture seeds; (2) Seed pretreatment, namely spraying treatment gel on the surface of the pasture seeds after airing, and standing to obtain the treated pasture seeds; (3) Drying seeds, namely setting the temperature of a baking box in advance, then placing the treated pasture seeds in the baking box for drying, taking out the pasture seeds after drying, and placing the pasture seeds in a ventilation place for cooling to obtain the dried pasture seeds; (4) Preservation of seeds, namely, packaging the dried pasture seeds with a breathable gunny bag, and preserving the pasture seeds under the conditions of 5-10 ℃ and 40-50% of humidity. Further, the standing time in the step (2) is 3-4 hours. Further, the drying temperature in the step (3) is 35-40 ℃. Further, the seeds in the step (3) are dried until the moisture is less than or equal to 10 percent. Further, the treating agent comprises the following raw materials of lauryl glucoside, lecithin, sodium gluconate, mannitol, coconut oil, polyvinyl alcohol and tween-80. Further, the proportions of the raw materials of the treating agent are as follows: The mass ratio of the lauryl glucoside to the lecithin to the sodium gluconate to the mannitol to the coconut oil to the polyvinyl alcohol is (1-1.2), 0.5-0.6, 0.8-1.2, 1.2-1.5, 2-2.5 and 2-3. Further, the preparation method of the treating agent comprises the following steps: (1) Mixing oleum Cocois and Tween-80, heating to melt to obtain a mixture, adding the mixture into 60-80deg.C water, stirring at 250-300r/min for 15-20min, adding lauryl glucoside, and maintaining the temperature for 10-15min to obtain emulsion; (2) Adding polyvinyl alcohol into deionized water, heating to 90-100 ℃, uniformly stirring to obtain a polyvinyl alcohol solution, then adding lecithin, sodium gluconate and mannitol, continuously uniformly stirring, and cooling to room temperature to obtain a mixed solution; (3) Adding the mixed solution into the emulsion, and uniformly mixing to obtain the treating agent. Further, the mass ratio of tween-80 added to coconut oil in the preparation step (1) of the treating agent is 0.3:1. Further, the use amount of the treating agent is that 1kg of grass seeds are treated with 100-120g. The seed is directly contacted with the drying medium to cause the external drying rate to be greater than the internal drying rate of the seed, so that the seed coat is cracked, the activity and germination rate of the seed are reduced, and the seed preservation method can solve the problem of damage in the seed drying process by balancing the internal and external drying rates in the seed drying process. According to the invention, the prepared treating agent is sprayed on the surface of pasture s
