  1. 1. A dust removing device for aluminized films is characterized by comprising a plasma cleaning component (1) for decomposing pollutants on the surface of a film into gas or water-soluble compounds, a liquid cleaning component (2) for spraying liquid on the film, and a water removing component (3) for removing the liquid on the surface of the film, wherein the plasma cleaning component (1) comprises a vacuum chamber (11), a gas source (12) facing the vacuum chamber (11) and a plasma generator (13) for exciting the gas, cleaning holes (14) for penetrating the film are respectively arranged at two ends of the vacuum chamber (11), a vacuum pump (15) for extracting the gas inside the vacuum chamber (11) is also connected to the vacuum chamber (11), the liquid cleaning component (2) comprises a cleaning bin (21), a plurality of groups of spray heads (23) arranged in the cleaning bin (21) and a water pump (22) for supplying the liquid for the spray heads (23), the spray heads (23) are respectively arranged at two sides of the film and the water outlets of the spray heads (23) face the film, the vacuum chamber further comprises a suction component (4) for sucking the liquid reserved on the film, the suction component (4) is respectively arranged at two sides of the vacuum chamber and the suction port (41) is arranged close to one side of the suction port (41) of the suction tank (41) which is arranged close to the suction port (41), the suction opening (411) is abutted against the surface of the film, a limiting piece (43) which is parallel to the conveying direction of the film and can penetrate through air is further arranged in the suction opening (411), the limiting piece (43) is attached to the side wall of the film, which is close to the suction groove (41), and certain friction is applied to the surface of the film in the process of contact of the limiting piece (43) and the film, so that the surface of the film is roughened.

The aluminizer dust removing device according to claim 1, wherein the water removing component (3) comprises an air knife (31) arranged in the cleaning bin (21) and an air pump (32) for driving air to flow into the air knife, the air knives (31) are respectively arranged at two sides of the film, air outlets of the air knives face the film, and one end of the air knife (31) faces the film and is inclined towards the conveying direction of the film.

The aluminizer dust removing device according to claim 2, wherein the cleaning bin (21) is further internally provided with a plurality of horizontal guide rollers (24) and a plurality of vertical guide rollers (25), the vertical guide rollers (25) are arranged between the horizontal guide rollers (24), the vertical guide rollers (25) are higher than the horizontal guide rollers (24), a film passes between the two horizontal guide rollers (24) and passes above the vertical guide rollers (25), the spray heads (23) and the air knives (31) are respectively arranged on two sides of the film conveyed upwards, the air knives (31) are arranged above the film, and the spray heads (23) and the air knives (31) are inclined towards the lower direction.
