Description
Vegetable waste promoter for improving natural estrogen removal rate of cow dung anaerobic fermentation and application thereof Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of removing new pollutants from livestock manure, in particular to a vegetable waste accelerator for improving the removal rate of natural estrogen in anaerobic fermentation of cow manure and application thereof. Background Endocrine disrupting chemicals carried in livestock and poultry manure are a focus of attention and treatment difficulty in the environmental field, with estrogens being listed as the most typical endocrine disrupting chemicals. Cow farming has been identified as an important source of natural estrogen release in the environment (estrone E1, estradiol E2, estriol E3, etc.). Natural estrogen is secreted by the cow and excreted with the feces, and the estrogen content in the cow feces is about 21.8-101.0 mug/kg. Even these very low estrogen concentrations can interfere with the endocrine system of a variety of freshwater species, adversely affecting their reproduction and development. Conversion and removal of these natural estrogens prior to their release into the environment is one of the effective methods of reducing such pollution. In the existing livestock and poultry manure treatment technology, anaerobic fermentation is widely applied due to the dual benefits of environment and energy. However, estrogens are generally considered refractory under anaerobic conditions, and such hormones may accumulate in anaerobic or anoxic environments, and their metabolites may be converted to precursors under certain conditions, resulting in negative removal rates. The removal effect of natural estrogens in cow dung in anaerobic fermentation has been studied by the scholars, but only mutual conversion among estrogens is found, and the total hormone concentration is not obviously reduced. In addition, in the anaerobic treatment facilities of the dairy farm in the east China, the total estrogen removal efficiency is only 14.7%(Occurrence and removal of free estrogens, conjugated estrogens, and bisphenol A in manure treatment facilities in East China). In view of this, the present invention has been made. Disclosure of Invention In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the vegetable waste accelerator for improving the removal rate of natural estrogen in anaerobic fermentation of cow dung and the application thereof, and the vegetable waste accelerator can improve the removal effect of natural estrogen in anaerobic fermentation of cow dung. Specifically, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: In a first aspect, the invention provides a vegetable waste accelerant for improving the natural estrogen removal rate of anaerobic fermentation of cow dung, which comprises a dry material, wherein the dry material is prepared by drying a mixture of vegetable waste and ferric salt at a temperature of 600-800 ℃, and the mass ratio of the vegetable waste to the ferric salt is 8-12:1, preferably 10:1, based on dry weight. The invention uses vegetable waste to prepare the accelerator. The accelerator is added into cow dung anaerobic fermentation, so that the estrogen removal rate can be improved, the high-value utilization of vegetable wastes is realized, and the treatment efficiency of agricultural wastes such as cow dung can be improved. Preferably, the vegetable waste is selected from the group consisting of solanaceous vegetable seedlings. Preferably, the particle size of the vegetable waste is 1-2cm. Preferably, the drying further comprises a crushing step, wherein the crushing degree is that the powder passes through a sieve of 80+/-20 meshes. Preferably, the iron salt is FeCl 3. Preferably, the vegetable waste accelerator further comprises wet materials, wherein the wet materials are prepared by crushing vegetable waste to the particle size of 0.5+/-0.3 cm. The wet material has high content of functional genes for biodegradation and metabolism of exogenous chemicals, can promote the growth of estrogen degrading bacteria including iron reducing bacteria, and can obviously improve the utilization rate of the estrogen degrading bacteria to estrogen in cow dung by matching with the dry material, so that the estrogen removal rate in cow dung anaerobic fermentation is improved to 68.63% from a negative value at most. In a second aspect, the invention provides application of the vegetable waste promoter in anaerobic fermentation of cow dung. Preferably, the application comprises the step of using the vegetable waste accelerant to improve the removal rate of natural estrogen in anaerobic fermentation of cow dung.
