Abstract
The invention discloses a lubricating coating for a high-temperature fastener and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the lubricating coating is prepared by taking inorganic phosphate as a binder, taking nano boron nitride, silver powder, molybdenum disulfide and tungsten disulfide as a composite lubricant, taking antimonous oxide as an antioxidant, taking nano silicon dioxide as a phosphate binder reinforcing agent, taking water and absolute ethyl alcohol as a dispersion medium and taking propargyl alcohol as a corrosion inhibitor and adopting a certain proportion, and dip-coating or spray-coating the coating on the fastener to form a coating after a certain curing condition, wherein the coating has good adhesiveness, flexibility and impact resistance, and an acetate fog test (AASS) 240h coating has no corrosion defects such as pitting, cracking, foaming and the like, and the locking moment test is carried out according to HB 7687-2001, so that the requirements of 15 times of circulation at room temperature and air cooling to room temperature locking moment after 5 times of heating and loading are met. Has better application prospect in the field of high-temperature fastener coating.

- 1. A lubricating coating for a high-temperature fastener is characterized by being prepared from, by weight, 25-35% of phosphate, 0.5-2% of nano boron nitride, 4-8% of silver powder, 1-5% of molybdenum disulfide, 1-5% of tungsten disulfide, 0.1-1% of antimony trioxide, 0.1-1% of nano silicon dioxide, 0.1-0.2% of propargyl alcohol, 0.1-0.2% of FS-640, 25-40% of absolute ethyl alcohol and the balance deionized water, wherein the granularity of the tungsten disulfide is less than or equal to 50nm, the phosphate is an aluminum dihydrogen phosphate aqueous solution, the coating is used for a lubricating coating on the surface of the fastener, and a locking torque test is performed according to HB 7687-2001 MJ thread self-locking nut test method with the use temperature higher than 425 ℃, so that the locking torque requirement after high-temperature circulation from room temperature to 800 ℃ can be met at least 5 times.
- 2. The lubricating coating for high temperature fasteners according to claim 1 wherein the nano boron nitride has a particle size of 50nm or less, the silver powder has a particle size of 5 μm or less, and the nano silicon dioxide has a particle size of 50nm or less.

A method of preparing the lubricating coating for high temperature fasteners as claimed in claim 1 or 2, comprising the steps of: 1) Weighing each component for standby, and mixing the weighed absolute ethyl alcohol, deionized water, propynyl alcohol and FS-640 to prepare a mixed solvent; 2) Sequentially weighing nano boron nitride, tungsten disulfide, antimony trioxide and nano silicon dioxide, adding the mixed solvent prepared in the step 1), and fully stirring until thoroughly wetting; 3) Adding the weighed aluminum dihydrogen phosphate into the mixture obtained in the step 2), and uniformly stirring and mixing; 4) Pouring the weighed silver powder and molybdenum disulfide into a ball milling tank for ball milling for 24 hours, pouring the mixture obtained in the step 3) into the ball milling tank, and ball milling for 20-24 hours again to obtain the lubricating coating for the high-temperature fastener.
- 4. The use of a lubricating coating according to any one of claims 1 to 2 for the preparation of a lubricating coating for high temperature resistant fasteners.

A lubricating coating for a high-temperature-resistant fastener prepared from the lubricating coating according to claim 1 or 2 is characterized in that the lubricating coating is uniformly sprayed or dip-coated on the surface of a fastener subjected to rust removal, oil removal, sand blasting and ultrasonic cleaning, is rapidly dried at room temperature to form a film, and is cured to form the coating, wherein the thickness of the coating is 8-13 mu m, the curing conditions are that the temperature is raised to 100+/-5 ℃ for 0.5-1 h after 30min, the temperature is raised to 300+/-5 ℃ for 1.5-2 h after 30min, and the coating is cooled to room temperature along with a furnace.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the lubricating coating for the high-temperature fastener, which comprises the following steps: 1) Weighing each component for standby, and mixing the weighed absolute ethyl alcohol, deionized water, propynyl alcohol and FS-40 to prepare a mixed solvent; 2) Sequentially weighing nano boron nitride, tungsten disulfide, antimony trioxide and nano silicon dioxide, adding the mixed solvent prepared in the step 1), and fully stirring until thoroughly wetting; 3) Adding the weighed aluminum dihydrogen phosphate into the mixture obtained in the step 2), and uniformly stirring and mixing; 4) And (3) pouring the weighed silver and molybdenum disulfide into a ball milling tank for ball milling for 24 hours, pouring the mixture obtained in the step (3) into the ball milling tank, and ball milling for 20-24 hours again to obtain the lubricating coating for the high-temperature fastener.
