The invention also provides a preparation method of the fire coal additive by means of aluminum sulfate reaction, which comprises the steps of mixing the dried raw material powder with organic binder prepared by organic cellulose and water, preparing a plurality of pellets, and drying to obtain the fire coal additive. The invention also provides application of the fire coal additive by means of aluminum sulfate reaction in improving the fire coal combustion efficiency, and the fire coal additive can greatly improve the fire coal combustion efficiency by means of a high heat release system formed by aluminum and sulfate, is low in manufacturing cost, safe and environment-friendly, and has wide popularization and application prospects.

  1. 1. The fire coal additive by means of aluminum sulfate reaction is characterized by comprising, by weight, 40% -55% of a catalyst, 25% -35% of an oxidant, 10% -20% of fluorite and 2% -6% of calcium silicate powder, wherein the catalyst is composed of aluminum powder and sulfate according to a molar ratio of (3-4): 1; The fire coal additive is prepared by the following steps of drying the raw materials, mixing the raw materials to obtain additive powder, adding an organic adhesive prepared from organic cellulose and water according to a mass ratio of 1 (30-50), wherein the dosage of the organic adhesive is 0.5-2% of the total weight of the additive powder, uniformly mixing, preparing a plurality of pellets, and drying to obtain the fire coal additive.
  2. 2. The fire coal additive of claim 1 wherein the sulfate is selected from the group consisting of one or more of calcium sulfate, magnesium sulfate, barium sulfate, sodium sulfate.
  3. 3. The fire coal additive according to claim 1, wherein the oxidizing agent is composed of potassium permanganate and potassium perchlorate in a mass ratio of (1-2): 1.
  4. 4. The fire coal additive of claim 1 wherein the fluorite has a purity of greater than 97wt% and a particle size of 150-300 mesh.
  5. 5. The fire coal additive according to claim 1, wherein the silicon content in the silicon-calcium powder is 55wt% to 65 wt%, the calcium content is more than 28 wt%, and the particle size of the silicon-calcium powder is 150-300 mesh.
