CN-118717825-B - Traditional Chinese medicine composition for strengthening body resistance and increasing white blood, and preparation method and application thereof
Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and in particular relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for strengthening body resistance and increasing white blood, and a preparation method and application thereof. The traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises, by mass, 6-15 parts of raw ginseng, 10-15 parts of epimedium, 10-20 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome and 6-15 parts of honey-fried licorice root. The traditional Chinese medicine composition has the effects of greatly invigorating primordial qi and strengthening spleen and warming kidney, can be used for treating fatigue and weakness of long and new crowns and susceptibility, and can also be used for treating symptoms of weakness, anorexia, abdominal distention and eructation caused by qi deficiency of spleen and stomach. Clinical researches show that the traditional Chinese medicine composition can obviously improve the lymphocyte value of a patient and improve the immunosuppression state of the patient, thereby obviously improving the fatigue and hypodynamia symptoms of the patient with the new crown, and achieving the aim of effectively treating the new crown.

Description
Traditional Chinese medicine composition for strengthening body resistance and increasing white blood, and preparation method and application thereof Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and in particular relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for strengthening body resistance and increasing white blood, and a preparation method and application thereof. Background There is growing evidence that there is a significant proportion of patients hospitalized for "rehabilitation" due to novel coronavirus infections, for which there are long-term complications and sequelae of multiple organs, systems, including various somatic and neuropsychiatric symptoms, which typically last for more than 12 weeks. According to the definition of the world health organization, long new crowns refer to the presence of symptoms, symptoms and effects lasting at least 2 months after infection with the new coronavirus, and cannot be explained by other diagnostics. Symptoms of long new crowns can be classified into three categories, residual symptoms after recovery, organ dysfunction still present after recovery, and newly developed symptoms in asymptomatic or mild patients. It may involve multiple systems of circulation, respiration, urinary, digestive, endocrine, nervous, mental, etc., including fatigue, chest distress, shortness of breath, chest pain, palpitations, cognitive dysfunction (brain mist), sleep disorders, gastrointestinal symptoms, anxiety, depression, etc. The immune response after infection with the novel coronavirus appears to be progressive and then static, initially, the pro-inflammatory response predominates, and then enters the chronic immunosuppressive phase, where persistent inflammation, immunosuppression and catabolic syndrome (PICS) predominate. There are studies showing that in patients with long and new crowns, the simultaneous reduction of lymphocytes and the production of autoantibodies can be monitored. Although the present immunosuppression state of patients with long and new crowns is treated by using immunomodulatory drugs, such as intravenous injection of immunoglobulin, there is not enough evidence to prove the effectiveness of the immunosuppression state, and no corresponding clinical study proves the regulation of the immunosuppression state and the improvement of clinical symptoms. In addition, there are many studies on treatment of long-new crowns, such as alleviation of cognitive symptoms and fatigue by dietary supplementation of nicotinamide riboside-regulated pro-inflammatory factors, supplementation of probiotics alleviating inflammation of long-new crowns, and treatment of long-new crowns with the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects of melatonin. However, these methods have yet to be evaluated for improved condition and safety of long new crowns. The traditional Chinese medicine plays an important role in the treatment of novel coronavirus infection due to the multiple target sites and small side effect. At present, a traditional Chinese medicine composition for effectively treating the long and new crowns is still lacking, so that a traditional Chinese medicine composition capable of effectively treating the long and new crowns is necessary to be developed. Disclosure of Invention The first object of the invention is to provide a traditional Chinese medicine composition for strengthening body resistance and whitening, the second object of the invention is to provide a preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition, and the third object of the invention is to provide application of the traditional Chinese medicine composition. According to the first aspect of the invention, the traditional Chinese medicine composition for strengthening body resistance and whitening is provided, and the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises, by mass, 6-15 parts of sun-dried ginseng, 10-15 parts of epimedium herb, 10-20 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome and 6-15 parts of honey-fried licorice root. The invention considers that the most common clinical manifestation of long and new crowns is continuous fatigue, and the pathogenesis of the long and new crowns is immunosuppression, so the formula of the invention is provided for the pathogenesis and clinical manifestation of the long and new crowns. The invention considers that yang qi is the root of qi transformation, and yang qi deficiency can cause qi, blood and body fluid dysfunction, and five viscera, muscles and bones cannot be nourished. Spleen is the acquired root and kidney is the congenital root. Spleen governs transporting and transforming food essence, and kidney essence qi is also continuously supplemented and transformed by Yu Shuigu essence by warming kidney yang. The relationship between spleen and kidney is the mutual interaction between the congenital and the acquired. The importance of spleen and kidney functions in human body is
