Description
Calculus stripping device Technical Field The invention relates to a surgical instrument, in particular to a calculus removing device used in calculus removing operation. Background For rheumatic patients, because of high uric acid, tophus is easily formed at the joint part, so that severe joint pain is caused, and the tophus needs to be taken out to relieve the pain. It is now common to surgically peel off the tophus attached to the articular cartilage, or the bursa, or the tissues surrounding the joint with the aid of an endoscope. Since the tophus is generally attached to the articular cartilage, the burs, or tissues around the joints and has a relatively large adhesive force, a currently-used peeling tool is a curette, and the tophus is physically peeled from the attached matter by the scraping action of the curette. To ensure the stripping effect of the curette, the curette is typically made of a rigid material and the edge is typically provided with a cutting edge. Therefore, accidental injury is easily caused to the articular cartilage attached to the tophus, or the bursa, or the tissues around the joints during the peeling process. Therefore, the invention aims to provide a safer and noninvasive tophus stripping device, which can reduce the risk of damaging surrounding tissues as far as possible while ensuring the stripping effect. Disclosure of Invention According to the calculus stripping device, the smooth elastic stripping end is arranged, so that the stripping effect is ensured, meanwhile, the elastic material design is adopted, when the force is overlarge, slight elastic deformation can be generated, accidental damage to peripheral tissues caused by overlarge force or sharp edges is effectively prevented, and the calculus stripping device is safer in clinical use. The calculus removing device 100 of the present invention is characterized in that the calculus removing device 100 comprises a removing mechanism 1, an outer sheath 2, a handle grip 3 and a control mechanism 4; A. the peeling mechanism 1 comprises a peeling end 11 and a connecting part 12, wherein the peeling end 11 is arranged at the distal end of the connecting part 12, and the proximal end of the connecting part 12 is connected with the control mechanism 4; B. The peeling mechanism 1 is arranged in the outer sheath tube 2, and the handle holding part 3 is arranged at the proximal end of the outer sheath tube 2; C. After entering the cavity, the control mechanism 4 controls the stripping end 11 to enter the cavity and spread through the connecting part 12, and stripping treatment is carried out on the attached stones. The peeling end 11 is usually in a shape of oval or the like with a smooth outline after being unfolded, and has no sharp corners or edges, thereby avoiding damage to peripheral tissues during the unfolding process. The connecting portion 12 is typically made of a rigid material, and the connecting portion 12 is not deformed during the pushing of the peeling end 11 from the sheath 2 by the handling mechanism 4, and has a good delivery force. The peeling end 11 has enough strength after being unfolded, and can effectively peel off the joint cavity and the tophus around the joint cavity. The peel end 11 is made of a smooth wire-like material. The stripping end 11 is made of smooth round wire, or smooth flat wire, or smooth profiled wire. Smooth filamentary material, due to its smooth profile, does not harm surrounding tissue while ensuring rigidity and adequate planing and stripping capabilities. The peeling end 11 is made of a medical elastic material. The medical elastic material not only has good strength, can ensure the stripping effect, but also has the deformability, not only can the stripping end 11 be compressed in the outer sheath tube 2 and can be well unfolded after being pushed out, but also can generate moderate elastic deformation when the strength is overlarge due to the elastic deformability, so that the accidental damage of peripheral tissues caused by overlarge strength or sharp edges is prevented, and the clinical use is safer. The medical elastic material is medical stainless steel, medical shape memory alloy, medical polymer material or medical composite material. Medical composites may generally be manufactured from a composite of different elastic materials. The applicant has described in detail only the above-mentioned several medical elastic materials, and in practical applications, those skilled in the art can select other medical elastic materials to manufacture according to the needs, and the applicant does not exemplify the materials herein, but does not depart from the scope of the application. The stripping end 11 is a component that can be preset to different shapes to accommodate different cavity shapes. The stripping end 11 can be preset into various shapes such as a circle, an ellipse, a petal shape, a polygon and the like so as to adapt to the requirements of different cavity shapes
