Claims (10)
- 1. A filament cleaning device of a fiber guide roller, characterized in that the filament cleaning device comprises a filament cleaning roller (6) which can be parallel to the guide roller (2) and is arranged on a frame (1) where the guide roller (2) is arranged, a first gear (8) which can be coaxially connected with the guide roller (2) in a transmission manner, and a second gear (5) which can be coaxially connected with the filament cleaning roller (6) in a transmission manner, a rotary table (4) which can be rotatably arranged on the frame (1), cutter heads (7) arranged on the rotary table (4), the peripheral surface of the filament cleaning roller (6) can be arranged to be in contact with the peripheral surface of the guide roller (2), and the filament cleaning roller (6) can be driven to rotate around the central axis thereof to adhere filaments on the surface of the guide roller (2) and carry the filaments out of the guide roller (2), the second gear (5) can be in transmission engagement with the first gear (8), the rotary table (4) is provided with cutter heads (7) which are arranged around the central axis of the rotary table (4) and the cutter heads (7) are arranged between the cutter heads (7) and the guide roller (2), the turntable (4) is selectively rotatable to selectively engage a different second gear (5) with the first gear (8) to select the outer peripheral surface of the different godet roller (6) to be in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the guide roller (2).
- 2. The filament cleaning device of a fiber guiding roll according to claim 1, characterized in that the filament cleaning roll (6) is provided with soft sticky filaments.
- 3. The filament cleaning device of a fiber guiding roll according to claim 1, characterized in that both ends of the filament cleaning roll (6) are provided with the turntable (4) respectively.
- 4. A filament cleaning device of a fiber guiding roll according to claim 1, characterized in that the filament cleaning device comprises three filament cleaning rolls (6) and three cutter heads (7).
- 5. The filament cleaning device of a fiber guiding roll according to claim 1, characterized in that the distance of the cutting edge of the cutting head (7) from the rotational axis of the turntable (4) is smaller than the distance of the guiding roll from the rotational axis of the turntable (4).
- 6. The filament cleaning device of a fiber guiding roll according to claim 1, characterized in that the turntable (4) is connected with a turning handle (3).
- 7. A filament cleaning device for a fiber guiding roll according to claim 6, characterized in that the turning handle (3) is drivingly connected to a drive controlled by a control element.
- 8. The filament cleaning apparatus of claim 7, wherein the control element is a single chip microcomputer or a programmable logic controller.
- 9. The filament cleaning device of a fiber guiding roll according to claim 1, characterized in that the filament cleaning device comprises a motor in driving connection with the filament cleaning roll (6).
- 10. A chemical fiber production device, characterized in that the chemical fiber production device comprises a frame (1), a guide roller (2) rotatably arranged on the frame (1), and a filament cleaning device of the fiber guide roller according to any one of claims 1-9.
