The meter of claim 1 wherein the sensing assembly comprises a mechanical arm, the door comprising a recess, the distal end of the mechanical arm extending into the recess, the second motor driving the mechanical arm in a forward direction, the distal end of the mechanical arm pushing a proximal side wall of the recess in a forward direction to open the door, the second motor driving the mechanical arm in a reverse direction, the distal end of the mechanical arm blocking the proximal side wall of the recess and counteracting a portion of the spring back force of the spring element to close the door.
- 6. The meter of claim 5, wherein the recess is a circular arc recess, the proximal side wall of the recess near the end of the arm being closed, and the distal side wall of the recess remote from the end of the arm being either closed or non-closed.

The meter of any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein the elastic member has one end fixed and the other end connected to the door, and wherein the elastic member is elastically deformed to gradually increase and accumulate energy during normal rotation of the second motor to drive the arm in a predetermined direction to open the door, and wherein the elastic member is elastically sprung to drive the door to close when the second motor is reversely rotated to drive the arm, and wherein the arm abuts against a proximal side wall of the stopper and counteracts a partial resilience of the elastic member.
- 8. The meter of claim 7, wherein the elastic member comprises an extension spring, a compression spring, a spring plate, a torsion spring, and a rubber band.
- 9. The meter of claim 8, wherein the spring member is gradually stretched during the second motor driving the arm in a predetermined direction to open the door, and gradually contracted to thereby drive the door to close when the second motor drives the arm in a reverse direction.

The meter of any one of claims 5 to 6, wherein the elastic member has one end fixed and the other end connected to the door, and wherein the elastic member is elastically deformed to gradually increase and accumulate energy during normal rotation of the second motor to drive the arm in a predetermined direction to open the door, and wherein the elastic member is elastically sprung back to drive the door to close when the second motor is reversely rotated to drive the arm, and wherein the arm abuts against a proximal side wall of the recess and counteracts a partial resilience of the elastic member.
- 11. The meter of claim 10, wherein the elastic element comprises an extension spring, a compression spring, a spring plate, a torsion spring, and a rubber band.
- 12. The meter of claim 11, wherein the spring element is gradually stretched during the second motor driving the arm in a predetermined direction to open the door, and gradually contracted to thereby drive the door closed when the second motor drives the arm in a reverse direction.
