Description

Curtain airbag, airbag system, and vehicle Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of anti-collision air bags, in particular to a curtain air bag, an air bag system and a vehicle. Background At present, the Chinese automobile safety technology is rapidly developed, people pay more attention to the safety of passengers under high-speed collision, the speed and barrier of side collision working conditions are changed along with the update of an automobile safety third party evaluation rule, and a side 32kph column collision test is arranged in a 2021 version C-NCAP. Compared with the prior deformable barrier, the automobile column collision working condition in the third party evaluation rule is harsh and severe, is beneficial to consumers, and increases the challenges of developing the passenger protection performance. Specifically, the severe automobile collision working conditions can lead to the breakage of window glass in the collision process, the side air curtain can interact with broken window glass fragments in the unfolding process, the side air curtain is cut to produce a notch so as to influence the pressure maintaining of the air bag, and hard contact between the head of an occupant and the interior trim is caused, so that the risk of injury to the occupant is increased. Disclosure of Invention The present invention aims to solve at least one of the technical problems existing in the prior art. To this end, the present invention proposes a curtain airbag, an airbag system, and a vehicle, capable of reducing the possibility that the curtain airbag is pierced by glass or an interior trim. The present invention also proposes a curtain airbag comprising: The auxiliary chamber comprises a first end and an opposite second end, wherein the first end is provided with a first inflation inlet which is used for being connected with a gas generator; A main curtain chamber connected to the second end of the secondary chamber, wherein the secondary chamber and the main curtain chamber both have an expanded state and a stowed state; the secondary chamber is configured to be in a deployed state prior to the primary curtain chamber when inflated. The curtain airbag according to the embodiment of the invention has at least the following beneficial effects: Through setting up the auxiliary chamber, the first end of auxiliary chamber has first inflation inlet, and relative second end is connected with main curtain cavity, and in the inflation process, the air current flows into auxiliary chamber from first inflation inlet, and the auxiliary chamber is in the state of expanding, is in the biggest state of volume promptly, and auxiliary chamber has formed more stable semi-rigid state under the support of inside air current this moment, can restrict the position of main curtain cavity with auxiliary chamber connection one end. Since the gas generator of the curtain airbag is provided at the roof of the vehicle, the curtain airbag deploys downward at the time of collision. Whereas the vehicle side walls are generally inclined gradually inwardly from bottom to top in the vehicle height direction. This results in a greater spacing between the vehicle sidewall as the position of the main curtain chamber is downward. The auxiliary chamber is firstly in the unfolding state, so that the end, connected with the auxiliary chamber, of the main curtain chamber is positioned far away from the gas generator, the distance between the main curtain chamber and one side of the side wall of the vehicle is increased, the main curtain chamber cannot be unfolded by being attached to the side wall of the vehicle, and the probability of being pierced by the interior trim and glass of the side wall of the vehicle is reduced. According to some embodiments of the invention, the curtain airbag is disposed in a vehicle, and in a deployed state, a space between an upper end of the sub-chamber and a side wall of the vehicle is smaller than a space between a lower end of the sub-chamber and the side wall of the vehicle. According to some embodiments of the invention, in the deployed state, the volume of the primary curtain chamber is greater than the volume of the secondary chamber. According to some embodiments of the invention, the length dimension of the secondary chamber is 50mm-70mm in the deployed state. According to some embodiments of the invention, in the deployed state, the second end of the secondary chamber extends beyond the window pane of the vehicle side wall in the vehicle height direction, and the excess is less than or equal to 20% of the dimension of the window pane in the vehicle height direction. According to some embodiments of the invention, the auxiliary chamber comprises a connected auxiliary chamber part and a channel part, the first inflation port is positioned in the chamber part, the channel part is connected with the main curtain chamber, and the channel part is communicated with the chamber part an
