Background With the development of wireless communication technology, transmission rate, throughput, reliability and other performance metrics of wireless communication systems have been greatly improved by using high frequency bands, large bandwidths, multiple antennas and other technologies. Meanwhile, with the deployment of 5G technology, greenhouse gas emissions from 5G base stations (e.g., gNB) and large power consumption have become a serious problem.
