The vinyltrimethylsilane modified gelatin of claim 1, wherein the infrared spectrum of the vinyltrimethylsilane modified gelatin exhibits a Si-O characteristic peak at 1140cm -1 and an amide II band of N-H bond flexural vibration at 3110cm -1 , a telescopic vibration peak of C-H bond in an olefin at 3020cm -1 , an amide II band of N-H bond flexural vibration at 1590cm -1 , an amide III band of C-N bond telescopic vibration at 1480cm -1 , a symmetrical telescopic vibration peak of methyl C-H bond at 1360cm -1 ,1300cm -1 , a bending vibration peak of C-H bond at 979cm -1 .
- 3. The vinyltrimethylsilane-modified gelatin according to claim 1, wherein the standing time at room temperature in said step (1) is 1h or more.

The vinyltrimethylsilane modified gelatin according to claim 1, wherein the oxygen separation in step (2) is performed by continuously introducing nitrogen gas into the gelatin solution in step (1) for 10 minutes, and then adding tetrabutylammonium iodide, and continuously introducing nitrogen gas for 30 minutes.
