The quick-curing polyurethane structural adhesive consists of a component A and a component B, wherein the component A consists of, by weight, 40-50 parts of isocyanate-terminated polyurethane prepolymer, 0-400 parts of heat conducting filler, 6-10 parts of stabilizer, 0.5-1.5 parts of water scavenger and 1-3 parts of antioxidant, and the component B consists of, by weight, 10-15 parts of polycaprolactone polyol, 8-12 parts of polyether polyol, 0-400 parts of heat conducting filler, 1-2 parts of dispersing agent and 0.1-2 parts of catalyst. The preparation method comprises the steps of heating, vacuumizing and mixing the component A raw material and the component B raw material respectively. The polyurethane structural adhesive has good curing efficiency, adhesiveness and thermal conductivity, provides enough assembly time and adhesiveness for a power battery pack, can be quickly cured after being assembled, and has high assembly efficiency.

The quick-curing polyurethane structural adhesive is characterized by comprising, by weight, 40-50 parts of an isocyanate-terminated polyurethane prepolymer, 0-400 parts of a heat-conducting filler, 6-10 parts of a stabilizer, 0.5-1.5 parts of a water scavenger and 1-3 parts of an antioxidant, and B comprising, by weight, 10-15 parts of a polycaprolactone polyol, 8-12 parts of a polyether polyol, 0-400 parts of a heat-conducting filler, 1-2 parts of a dispersing agent and 0.1-2 parts of a catalyst, wherein the isocyanate-terminated polyurethane prepolymer is prepared from the following raw materials: 50-60 parts of diisocyanate 10-20 Parts of polyether polyol 5-8 Parts of hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene Diethylene glycol 4-6 parts 1-3 Parts of 3-aminopropyl trihydroxy silane 0.2-0.4 Parts of catalyst; the stabilizer consists of trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate and 3-isocyanatopropyl triethoxysilane with the weight ratio of 1 (0.5-1.5).

The rapid curing polyurethane construction adhesive according to claim 1, wherein the isocyanate-terminated polyurethane prepolymer is prepared by adding diisocyanate, polyether polyol and catalyst into a reaction apparatus, vacuum-pumping for reaction, and then adding hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene, diethylene glycol and 3-aminopropyl trihydroxy silane for reaction.
- 3. The rapid curing polyurethane structural adhesive of claim 1, wherein the heat conductive filler of the component A and the heat conductive filler of the component B are composed of aluminum oxide, boron nitride and magnesium oxide in a weight ratio of 1 (2-3): 0.2-0.4.
- 4. The quick setting polyurethane construction adhesive according to claim 1, wherein the dispersing agent comprises dibutyl itaconate and glyceryl cocoate in a weight ratio of (3-4): 1.
- 5. The rapid curing polyurethane structural adhesive of claim 1, wherein the catalyst is one or a combination of an organotin catalyst and an organobismuth catalyst.
- 6. The rapid curing polyurethane structural adhesive of claim 1, wherein the water scavenger is any one of molecular sieve and anhydrous calcium chloride, and the antioxidant is one or a combination of antioxidant 1010, antioxidant 168, antioxidant 1076 and antioxidant 1098.
- 7. A quick setting polyurethane construction adhesive according to claim 1, wherein the ratio of the A component to the B component is (0.9-1.1): 1.

A method of preparing a rapid curing polyurethane construction adhesive according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of: Heating the isocyanate-terminated polyurethane prepolymer, the heat-conducting filler, the stabilizer, the water scavenger and the antioxidant, and vacuumizing and mixing uniformly to obtain a component A; heating polycaprolactone polyol, polyether polyol, heat conducting filler, dispersing agent and catalyst, vacuumizing and mixing uniformly to obtain the component B.

Background The power battery pack is used as a power source of the new energy automobile, the stability of the performance of the power battery pack directly influences the driving state of the new energy automobile, the power battery pack is formed by assembling a plurality of batteries in parallel, the polyurethane structural adhesive plays a vital role in the packaging process of the power battery pack, and the power battery pack not only has good heat conducting performance so as to ensure that heat generated by the batteries in the working process can be effectively transferred and emitted, but also has rapid solidification and excellent bonding performance so as to improve the assembly quality and the production efficiency. The polyurethane structural adhesive is a block copolymer prepared from isocyanate, polyester polyol, polyether polyol, catalyst and the like, has adjustable hardness, excellent wear resistance, elasticity, chemical corrosion resistance, adhesion, shock absorption and the like, but the heat conductivity of pure polyurethane resin is low and is only 0.18-0.20W/(m.k), so that the heat conductivity requirement of the power battery pack package can not be met. In order to improve the heat conductivity of the polyurethane structural adhesive, a heat-conducting filler is generally required to be added into the polyurethane structural adhesive, and the heat-conducting filler is added, so that the heat-conducting property of the polyurethane structural adhesive is improved, but the requirements of the assembly process of the battery pack on the operation time and the curing speed are hardly met.
