The invention discovers that 3-methylpyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid can promote the growth and development of plants by seed soaking treatment and root irrigation treatment. The 3-methylpyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid is convenient to use, solves the production problem which cannot be solved by the traditional agriculture, and saves the production cost. In addition, 3-methylpyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid is a naturally occurring metabolite with a simple structure, belongs to alpha-amino acid, has high environmental and biological safety, and belongs to the category of green and efficient biochemical pesticides.

- The application of 3-methylpyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid in preparing plant growth promoters, wherein the plant is rice or cucumber.
- Use of 3-methylpyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid for promoting plant growth, said plant being rice or cucumber.
- 3. Use according to claim 2, characterized in that 3-methylpyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid is used for promoting plant seedling growth.
- 4. Use according to any one of claims 2-3, characterized in that 3-methylpyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid is used to promote plant seedling growth by root irrigation treatment.
- 5. Use according to any one of claims 2-3, characterized in that 3-methylpyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid promotes the emergence and growth of plant seedling roots by means of seed soaking.
- 6. A method for promoting plant growth is characterized in that 0.01-1 mu M of 3-methylpyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid solution is applied to target plants, wherein the target plants are rice or cucumber.
- 7. The method according to claim 6, wherein the seed soaking with the 3-methylpyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid solution having a concentration of 0.01 to 1. Mu.M is capable of significantly promoting germination of rice seeds and growth of rice seedlings.
- 8. The method according to claim 7, wherein the rice is seeded with 0.1 to 0.4. Mu.M of the 3-methylpyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid solution.
- 9. The method of claim 7, wherein the seed soaking of the rice with 0.1 μm of the 3-methylpyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid solution promotes germination of rice seeds, and the seed soaking of the rice with 0.2 μm of the 3-methylpyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid solution promotes seedling growth of the rice.
- 10. The method according to claim 6, wherein seed soaking with a solution of 3-methylpyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid at a concentration of 0.01-1. Mu.M is capable of significantly promoting germination of cucumber seeds and growth of cucumber seedlings.

The method according to claim 10, characterized in that seed soaking of cucumber with 0.1 μm of 3-methylpyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid solution promotes germination of cucumber seeds, rooting of cucumber seedlings with 0.1-0.3 μm of 3-methylpyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid solution promotes growth of cucumber seedlings.
- 12. The method according to claim 11, characterized in that cucumber seedlings are root-irrigated with 0.25 μm of 3-methylpyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid solution to promote cucumber seedling growth.

Application of 3-methylpyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid in promoting plant growth Technical Field The invention belongs to the field of agricultural biological pesticides, and relates to application of 3-methylpyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid as a plant growth regulator. Background The plant growth and development not only needs the supply of light, moisture, nutrient substances and other resources, but also is regulated and controlled by the growth substances. Plant growth substances mainly comprise two major categories of plant hormones and growth regulators. The plant growth regulator is an artificially synthesized or extracted compound with natural plant hormone physiological activity, and can be used for regulating or controlling certain processes of plant growth and development, such as cell division and elongation, tissue and organ differentiation, seed dormancy and germination, flowering and fruiting, maturation and aging and the like, so as to achieve the purposes of promoting or inhibiting seed germination, plant growth, fruit maturation, flower and fruit retention or flower and fruit thinning, improving plant immunity, helping plants resist adverse environments, relieving diseases, increasing crop yield, improving crop quality and the like. Because of its remarkable and efficient regulatory effect, has been widely used in various fields such as grains, fruit trees, forests, vegetables, flowers, etc. At present, china becomes one of the most widely applied countries of the world plant growth regulator. The plant growth regulator plays a great role in regulating crop growth, solves the problem that the traditional agricultural means cannot solve, makes an important contribution to agricultural production and development in China, and has become one of main measures of agricultural yield increase, quality improvement and synergy. However, the plant growth regulator belongs to one of pesticides, has certain toxicity, and the food safety problem caused by blindly and excessively using the plant growth regulator still exists widely, so that the international limit standard for the residual amount of the plant growth regulator is more and more strict. Therefore, it is important to develop a low-toxicity, efficient and environment-friendly plant growth regulator. 3-Methylpyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid, having the formula C 6H11NO2, a molecular weight of 129 g/mol, is colourless crystals. The earliest report on this compound was in 1964 that 3-methylpyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid was first obtained by chemical synthesis. Subsequent activity studies have found that this compound inhibits the synthesis of actinomycin (actinomycin) in the antibiotic Streptomyces (Streptomyces antibioticus) and chloramphenicol can relieve this inhibition (Yoshida et al, 1964; mauger et, 1966; katz et al, 1968; yoshida et al, 1968). Recently, we have successfully isolated and purified 3-methylpyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid from Alternaria alternata (ALTERNATA sp.) which is one of the main saprophytic plant pathogenic fungi that is widely found in nature. This is also the first time that naturally wild-type microorganisms were found to be capable of producing 3-methylpyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid and have a higher content. The research on the plant immune induction activity shows that the plant immune induction agent can induce plant immune response so as to resist fungi, bacteria and virus diseases, and can induce the plant to resist high temperature and drought stress (China patent 202210737446.7). However, there have been no studies, reports and patents on the activity of 3-methylpyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid to promote plant growth. This is the innovation of this patent. Disclosure of Invention The object of the present invention is to address the above-mentioned deficiencies of the prior art and to provide the use of 3-methylpyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid as a growth regulator for promoting plant growth. The aim of the invention can be achieved by the following technical scheme: Use of 3-methylpyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid for promoting plant seedling growth. As a preferred aspect of the invention, the use of 3-methylpyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid to promote the emergence and growth of plant seedling roots by seed soaking. As a preferred aspect of the present invention, the use of 3-methylpyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid for promoting the growth of young plants by root irrigation treatment.
