Abstract

The invention discloses application of benzyl benzoate in preparation of a solenopsis invicta repellent. Experiments prove that after benzyl benzoate with the concentration of more than 1 mu L/mL is treated for 0.5h, the feeding and repellent rate of solenopsis invicta workers reaches 92.74%, and after the benzyl benzoate with the concentration of more than 10 mu L/mL is treated for 12h, the benzyl benzoate still has a good repellent effect, so that the benzyl benzoate has lasting repellent activity on solenopsis invicta. After benzyl benzoate treatment for 24 hours with the concentration of more than 50 mu L/mL, the excavation habit of solenopsis invicta workers can be remarkably reduced. Benzyl benzoate with the concentration of more than 10 mu L/mL has good repellent effect on solenopsis invicta, can be used as a solenopsis invicta protective medicament in the future, and benzyl benzoate with the concentration of more than 50 mu L/mL can be used as a solenopsis invicta soil repellent.

Description

Application of benzyl benzoate in repelling solenopsis invicta Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of green prevention and control of solenopsis invicta, and particularly relates to application of benzyl benzoate in repelling solenopsis invicta. Background Solenopsis invicta (Solenopsis invicta Buren) is listed as one of 100 most serious invasive species in the world, and poses serious hazards to public safety, ecological environment, agriculture and forestry production and human health. The solenopsis invicta has strong aggressivity and aggressivity, can attack interference sources when the formicary is interfered, greatly threatens the safety of people and animals, and can carry out indiscriminate predation on other animals and plants in a certain area when the solenopsis invicta is colonized in the area, thereby greatly threatening the local ecological diversity. The human body is stung by the solenopsis invicta and has pain like fire burn, and white varicella like burn appears after about 24 hours of stung. Itching and fever symptoms appear after people with mild allergy to the solenopsis invicta venom are stung, and small parts of the people with mild allergy to the solenopsis invicta venom can react with dizziness, edema and the like, so that serious allergic people with severe allergy to the solenopsis invicta venom can even appear shock symptoms, and serious people can even cause death. The solenopsis invicta invasion habitat is wide in range, and can occur in agricultural lands, orchards and pond edges where human activities are frequent, and even in roadside green belts and park green lands where the human traffic is high. In addition, solenopsis invicta has a habit of liking temperature and electricity, and can damage electric facilities. The invasion of solenopsis invicta seriously affects the work and life of people. Although the ant killing agent can effectively inhibit the diffusion hazard of solenopsis invicta, it cannot act rapidly. Therefore, screening out substances having repellent activity against solenopsis invicta is becoming more and more important. Insect repellents are a class of substances that interfere with the sensory organs of pests, making them unable to recognize or lock their targets or stimulate insects away from them, thus protecting them from insect infestation. The ideal solenopsis invicta repellent can reduce the occurrence of a large number of solenopsis invicta safety events. Up to now, various chemical components have been demonstrated to be repellent to solenopsis invicta. However, some ecologically sensitive areas such as natural protection areas, organic agricultural operation areas and the like and public places with large people flow are not suitable for prevention and control by using the existing irritant chemical repellent. In recent years, the more frequent the occurrence of the concept of green agriculture, the more and more attention is paid to researchers on the green prevention and control technology of solenopsis invicta, and more researchers focus on the biological prevention and control directions of natural plants, insects competing with solenopsis invicta and the like, so as to develop a novel, green and environment-friendly prevention and control mode. However, in China, ant repellents have a late research start, and most of the existing insect repellents on the market aim at hygienic pests such as mosquitoes, flies, mites and ticks, and at present, few repellents aiming at solenopsis invicta are commercially put into use. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to overcome at least one defect of the prior art and provides application of benzyl benzoate in repelling solenopsis invicta. The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the invention provides application of benzyl benzoate in preparation of a solenopsis invicta repellent. In some examples, the solenopsis invicta repellent is used to repel the foraging of solenopsis invicta. In some examples, the solenopsis invicta repellent is used to repel the excavation nesting of solenopsis invicta. In some examples, the solenopsis invicta repellent is used to repel attack by solenopsis invicta. In some examples, the benzyl benzoate is used in an amount of not less than 50 μl/mL in the solenopsis invicta repellent. In some examples, an acceptable carrier is also included in the solenopsis invicta repellent. In some examples, the carrier is acetone. The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: After benzyl benzoate with the concentration of more than 1 mu L/mL is treated for 0.5h, the feeding and repellent rate of the solenopsis invicta working ant reaches 92.74%, and after the benzyl benzoate with the concentration of more than 10 mu L/mL is treated for 12h, the benzyl benzoate still has a good repellent effect (repellent rate of 100%), which indicates that the benzyl benzoate has lasting repellent activity on the solenopsis invicta. After benzyl
