Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of cowpea pest control, and particularly relates to an insecticidal composition for controlling cowpea thrips. An insecticidal composition, which comprises a main ingredient of a compound, the insecticidal composition is prepared by compounding ethylicin and propylene glycol alginate or spinetoram. Experiments show that LC 50 of single dosage of ethylicin, propylene glycol alginate and spinetoram is 106.593mg/L, 1.782mg/L and 6.025mg/L respectively. When ethylicin and propylene glycol alginate or spinetoram are compounded in a proper mass ratio, the LC 50 value of the compounded combination on soybean thrips is obviously lower than the LC 50 value of ethylicin. When the co-toxicity coefficient of the mixture is calculated by adopting the grand cloud Peel method, the co-toxicity coefficient of the compound combination is found to be more than 120, and the synergistic effect is shown, so that the synergistic effect is beneficial to improving the control effect on the soybean thrips, the generation of drug resistance is delayed, and the support can be provided for developing the insecticidal composition for preventing and controlling the cowpea thrips, which has remarkable synergistic effect and drug resistance delay.

Description

Insecticidal composition for preventing and controlling cowpea thrips Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of cowpea pest control, and particularly relates to an insecticidal composition for controlling cowpea thrips. Background Cowpea thrips are one of the important pests which harm cowpeas, and can damage the whole period of the cowpeas, and the loss is as high as 80%. It is reported that cowpea thrips hazard varieties mainly comprise 2 species of soybean thrips (Megalurothrips usitatus Bagnall) and flower thrips (FRANKLINIELLA INTONSA TRYBOM), belong to the family of thrips of the order thysanoptera, and are harmful to cowpea, soybean, peanut and other crops, cowpea thrips adults and nymphs absorb juice of tender tissues and organs of cowpea plants by a file sucking type mouth gag, and are harmful stems, leaves, flowers and pods, so that the yield and quality of cowpea are affected. The cowpea thrips are small in size, difficult to find when harmful, and the nymphs and adults are often hidden in the overlapping parts of the buds, the pistils and the petals, so that the cowpea thrips have strong concealment. At present, chemical pesticides are still the main measure for controlling cowpea thrips, but the cowpea thrips have stronger drug resistance to various chemical pesticides due to the high-frequency use in successive years, so that the cowpea thrips are not ideal in control effect. Aiming at the problems, development of an insecticidal composition with remarkable synergy and drug resistance delay is needed, and efficient prevention and control of cowpea thrips are realized by compounding different compounds. The prior art discloses an insecticidal composition formed by compounding ethylicin and thiamethoxam, thiacloprid, nitenpyram, dinotefuran or thiamethoxam and other neonicotinoid insecticides, and the insecticidal composition can be used for preventing and controlling rice planthoppers, aphids, white flies, scale insects, thrips or rice gall midges. However, no report on the application of the ethylicin and propylene glycol alginate or spinetoram in the prevention and treatment of cowpea thrips is currently seen. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to provide an insecticidal composition for preventing and controlling cowpea thrips, which aims to solve the problem that cowpea thrips have stronger drug resistance to various chemical pesticides and have unsatisfactory cowpea thrips prevention and control effects due to continuous high-frequency use. In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention provides the following technical solutions: An insecticidal composition, which comprises a main ingredient of a compound, the insecticidal composition is prepared by compounding ethylicin and propylene glycol alginate or spinetoram. Preferably, the mass ratio of the ethylicin to the propylene glycol alginate is 5-9:5-1. Preferably, the mass ratio of ethylicin to spinetoram is 1-18:18-1. According to the insecticidal composition, the application also provides an insecticide, which is prepared by taking the insecticidal composition as an active ingredient and adding auxiliary ingredients which are allowed to be added in the aspect of agriculture and pharmacy. Preferably, the mass of the insecticidal composition accounts for 0.1-65% of the total mass of the insecticide in percentage by mass. Further, the mass of the insecticidal composition is 0.75-45% of the total mass of the insecticide. The invention also provides an application of the insecticidal composition or the insecticide in cowpea thistle prevention and treatment. Still further, the cowpea thrips comprise soybean thrips. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: Experiments show that LC 50 of single dosage of ethylicin, propylene glycol alginate and spinetoram is 106.593mg/L, 1.782mg/L and 6.025mg/L respectively.
