Description
Valve prosthesis Technical Field The application relates to the technical field of interventional medical instruments, in particular to a valve prosthesis. Background This section provides merely background information related to the present disclosure and is not necessarily prior art. Heart valve replacement may be performed when the native heart valve narrows, or the native valve leaks or regurgitates (e.g., petals She Gaihua). In one treatment regimen, the native valve may be excised and replaced with a biological or mechanical valve. However, as shown in fig. 1, in the vicinity of the native leaflet fusion, in order to prevent damage to the blood vessel, the native leaflet at the leaflet fusion is not completely resected, leaving some residual hardened tissue that readily surrounds the seal to form a semi-enclosed region 110 at this location, resulting in blood flow from the outflow end side of the valve prosthesis back into the semi-enclosed region 110 during closure of the leaflet, thereby retaining blood flow within the gap to form a packed thrombus. Disclosure of Invention Based on this, it is necessary to provide a valve prosthesis comprising a stent and a sealing member, the sealing member being arranged around the outer side wall of the stent, the sealing member comprising a filling portion, the filling portion protruding in the direction of the outflow end of the stent. Optionally, the support includes many suture bars and valve leaf subassembly, and valve leaf subassembly locates in the cavity that many suture bars enclose, and is connected with many suture bars, and the filling portion is connected with the suture bar, and is located the outside of suture bar. Optionally, the suture rod comprises a support section arranged close to the outflow end of the stent, the leaflet assembly is connected with the support section, and the filling part is connected with one side of the suture rod close to the inflow end of the stent. Optionally, the support section is at least partially convex towards the radially outer side of the stent, and the portion of the suture rod corresponding to the filling portion is inclined towards the radially outer side of the stent. Optionally, the suture stem is connected to the filler portion with a stem width that is less than a stem width of the support section. Optionally, the valve prosthesis further comprises a first suture thread and a second suture thread, wherein the support section is provided with a suture hole, the first suture thread penetrates through the suture hole to be connected with the valve leaflet assembly, one end of the second suture thread is connected with the suture hole or the valve leaflet assembly, and the other end of the second suture thread is connected with the filling part. Optionally, the leaflet assembly includes at least two leaflets, adjacent two leaflets at least partially overlapping in a circumferential direction to form an overlapping portion, the overlapping portion is at least partially received within the suture hole, and the second suture is connected to the overlapping portion. Optionally, a plurality of suture bars are spaced apart along the circumference of the stent. Optionally, the leaflet assembly includes an open state and a closed state, the filling portion being in a first position when the leaflet assembly is in the open state and in a second position when the leaflet assembly is in the closed state, the first position being on a side of the second position proximate the inflow end. Optionally, the sealing element further comprises a sealing part, the sealing part is sleeved on the side wall of the bracket, the filling part is connected with the sealing part, the filling part is positioned at one side of the sealing part close to the outflow end, and the thickness of the filling part is the same as that of the sealing part. Compared with the prior art, the valve prosthesis has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, the sealing element is arranged around the outer side wall of the bracket, so that the sealing element can be filled in a gap between the bracket and the primary valve annulus, and the sealing element comprises the filling part which protrudes towards the outflow end direction of the bracket, so that the filling part can extend into a semi-closed area of a blending part of the valve blades after being implanted, and blood in the semi-closed area can be extruded out, and the blood is prevented from being detained in the semi-closed area to form thrombus.
