  1. 1. The battery cover plate assembly is characterized by comprising a cover plate main body, a first lead-out piece, a second lead-out piece and a plurality of polar posts, wherein the first lead-out piece is used for leading out a positive electrode or a negative electrode of a battery, the second lead-out piece is used for being connected with a battery core of the battery, the first lead-out piece and the second lead-out piece are respectively positioned on two opposite sides of the cover plate main body, the polar posts penetrate through the cover plate main body, the polar posts are connected between the first lead-out piece and the second lead-out piece in parallel, the polar posts comprise a first polar post and a second polar post, the impedance of the second polar post is smaller than that of the first polar post, and the cross section area of the second polar post is smaller than that of the first polar post.

The battery cover assembly of claim 1, wherein the first post is made of a first predetermined material and the second post is made of a second predetermined material having an impedance less than an impedance of the first predetermined material such that the impedance of the second post is less than the impedance of the first post.
  3. 3. The battery cover plate assembly of claim 2, wherein the second predetermined material comprises at least one of gold, copper, silver.
  4. 4. The battery cover assembly of claim 3, wherein the first predetermined material comprises a copper aluminum composite.
  5. 5. The battery cover assembly of claim 1, wherein the ratio of the cross-sectional area of the second post to the cross-sectional area of the first post is 0.4-0.6.

  7. 7. The battery cover assembly of claim 1, wherein a plurality of the posts comprises at least two first posts and at least one second post, the second post being disposed between adjacent two of the first posts.

  10. 10. The battery cover assembly of claim 1, further comprising a second insulating mount between the cover body and the first lead-out for providing insulation between the cover body and the first lead-out, the second insulating mount having a second via through which the post is disposed.

The battery cover plate assembly of claim 1, further comprising an insulating sleeve, wherein a third via is formed in the cover plate body, the post is disposed through the third via, and the insulating sleeve is disposed in the third via and is used to provide insulation between the cover plate body and the post.
  12. 12. A battery comprising a battery cover assembly according to any one of claims 1-11.
  13. 13. A battery pack comprising the battery of claim 12.
  14. 14. A powered device comprising the battery pack of claim 13.
