Description
Preparation method of artificial aggregate Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of industrial solid waste resource utilization and artificial aggregate, in particular to a preparation method of artificial aggregate. Background In the modern process, the demand for non-renewable resources such as ore resources, energy sources, soil resources and the like is increased increasingly, so that the accumulated stockpiling of various industrial solid wastes exceeds 620 hundred million tons, a large amount of land is occupied for the accumulation and storage of the industrial solid wastes, and the problems of environment, safety and the like are brought. Meanwhile, the requirement for concrete is extremely high, so that aggregates in the concrete are in a state of extremely rapid consumption. In order to reduce exploitation and utilization of natural aggregate and simultaneously alleviate a series of problems caused by solid waste, new technology is urgently needed to promote large-scale, high-value and green application of the solid waste. In the prior art of the patent technology using solid waste granulation, two processes of granulation and curing hardening are usually included, wherein spherical artificial aggregate is usually prepared by a disc method in the granulation process, and irregular artificial aggregate is usually prepared by mechanical crushing. The curing hardening process usually adopts the modes of alkali liquor soaking, high-temperature steam curing, accelerated carbonization and the like. The spherical artificial aggregate can better meet the demands of stress and slurry fluidity in morphology, but is influenced by a granulating mode, so that the prepared aggregate has larger water absorption, and more unhydrated substances exist, so that the mechanical property of the aggregate is not excellent. The existing patent (such as China patent with application numbers 202110484019.8, 201910611978.4, 202011103706.2 and 202311699130.4) is to put industrial solid waste, cement and other dry powder into a disc granulator, and spray an excitant or water to enable powder particles to be balled. In addition, the irregular aggregate is prepared by mechanical crushing, the prepared aggregate is damaged in the crushing process, so that more microcracks exist in the aggregate, the strength is greatly reduced, the needle-shaped aggregate is more, the disadvantages of stress and slurry fluidity exist, and more secondary micro powder is generated in the crushing process. Thus, new technical measures are also needed to promote the development of artificial aggregates.
