An endophytic fungus with functions of improving the reversibility and promoting growth of water yeast Liu Kang is characterized in that the endophytic fungus is named as Alternaria minutissima (ALTERNARIA TENUISSIMA) SLR21 and is preserved in China general microbiological culture Collection center (CGMCC) with the preservation number of CGMCC No. 42057.
- 2. Use of the endophytic fungus or the fermentation broth thereof according to claim 1 for improving drought resistance of fraxinus mandshurica.
- 3. Use according to claim 2, wherein the endophytic fungus or a fermentation broth thereof is used for inducing the synthesis of the manchurian phenol species.
- 4. The use according to claim 2, wherein the fermentation broth of the endophytic fungus contains polyphenols, polysaccharides, flavones, salicylic acid and auxins.
- 5. Use of the endophytic fungus or fermentation broth thereof as claimed in claim 1 for promoting growth of fraxinus mandshurica.
- 6. The use according to claim 5, wherein the endophytic fungus or a fermentation broth thereof is used for increasing leaf nitrogen content, soluble sugars and photosynthesis ability of fraxinus mandshurica.
- 7. A root-irrigation or leaf-spraying agent for improving drought resistance and promoting growth of fraxinus mandshurica, comprising the endophytic fungus or fermentation broth thereof of claim 1.
- 8. Use of the endophytic fungus or fermentation broth thereof as claimed in claim 1 for promoting germination of fraxinus mandshurica seeds.
- 9. A seed soaking agent for promoting germination of fraxinus mandshurica seeds, comprising the endophytic fungus or a fermentation broth thereof according to claim 1.
